Manager 董 is very friendly and professional. He served us on 28th Feb 2025 around 11pl. While we arrived, the guard never help us to carry the luggage which normally 5 star hotel will do, he just looks at us. That is why I deduct 1 star for the service.
Luckily, the manager and other stuff from other shift are professional enough to know where the standard should be.
Overall room is nice, amenity is nice, location is a bit outskirt but that is the reason we choose for the quietness.

臨時定的，沒想到居然是本次出行最佳酒店，服務環境和餐飲都是一級棒，性價比很高，還買了兩箱酒店的螺螄粉，能感受到員工都是經過很專業的培訓，專業度很高。很詫異怎麼有這麼好的服務，後面發現是廣州白天鵝酒店管理的團隊，果然👍

酒店很不錯，位置稍偏，但環境很好，湖景房景色絕佳，拉開落地窗就能看見整個湖景園區。酒店內部設施齊全，游泳池很棒。

絕對的五星級酒店，花園酒店入口，超華麗大堂，房間大，乾淨。酒店內配有游泳池，桑拿室，中餐廳等等，有宵夜送餐服務至凌晨2點。特意品嚐了中餐早茶，味道不錯。缺點就是房間浴室地面非常刮腳，是真的非常疼，無法拖鞋站着洗澡，但誰經常帶着拖鞋去住酒店？

餐廳上菜速度有點兒慢，而且菜品味道有提高的空間。
