房間很大，兩個房間正好滿足兩大兩小的需求，還有一個大的露天温泉池，小朋友可以在房間裏玩水，很開心。懸崖温泉的無邊泳池很棒，特別是傍晚時，拍照片也出片。早餐也不錯，內容豐富。這次旅行，特別感謝管家小芮，安排了高鐵接送站，入住期間的安排也都非常滿意。總體是一家很不錯的酒店，主要人不多，體驗感很棒

酒店房間乾淨整潔，歡迎水果、迷你吧飲品都是種類豐富，在山裡竟然沒什麼蚊蟲，很不錯。山頂温泉泳池也好玩，輕鬆遛娃不費爹媽。
最主要的是管家芮銘遙，非常親切負責，不但顏值高，有什麼問題隨時溝通，都是立刻就給解決，非常貼心。
就是去的這幾天太熱了，等之後天涼了再來玩

超出預期的一次閃住，發現了這個值得多刷體驗的度假佳境～～車行山腳酒店入口，換乘接駁車沿山路蜿蜒上行，才知道人家擁有整個獨享的山景園區[捂臉][捂臉]酒店的設計規劃對於山景竹景水景的採擷非常用心，成就了很多令人印象深刻的景觀畫面[強][強]強烈推薦實景體驗[呲牙][呲牙]酒店的管理感覺很規範，員工的態度都很nice，所有的工作人員見面都會主動問好～～服務我們的管家劉靚晶、法式鐵板燒餐廳的服務員王紅衞還有中餐廳的美女經理等等，都給我們留下很好的印象[微笑][微笑]這是一次愉快的度假體驗，當下留在腦海中的風景，覺得忽然未來的某天，會再次匆匆來探尋小憩😎😎

景色加持，酒店整體感覺還不錯，審美、硬件、服務保持了水準。温泉、恐龍園、大滑梯也可以帶小朋友玩一玩。比較驚喜是早餐，種類很豐富，之前住過很多度假酒店，早餐很少有廣式風味的。另外休息區放置了很多圖書，可以借閲，很有特色，值得一提。週末入住人相對較多，擺渡車會有等待現象，不過不妨礙心情，我更喜歡散散步，自己探索酒店的風景，整體來説度過了比較休閑放鬆的週末，管家鄒洋服務熱情，是一次愉快的體驗。

在温德姆至尊豪廷玩了3天，體驗感非常的出乎意料。出行前管家鄒洋提前加了微信溝通，主動提前給我們房間準備好了小朋友的洗漱用品，還介紹了酒店遊玩攻略，整個行程我們一家都玩的非常開心，這裏要非常謝謝管家鄒洋的細服務，給我們預約餐廳，還給小朋友準備了投餵羊駝的胡蘿蔔，基本都是秒回消息！這裏的每一個服務人員都非常熱情，笑臉迎人，有求必應。酒店的早餐也非常出色，有別的酒店沒有的涼粉，非常好吃，還有雞蛋是土雞蛋，小小的一個很香呢。晚餐我們嘗試了酒店的火鍋和全日制餐廳裏的定食套餐，都沒有踩雷！
下次有機會還會再來！

是我住過的服務意識最好的一個度假酒店了，所有服務人員都彬彬有禮，會主動打招呼。特別是管家劉靚晶，非常熱心周到，響應迅速，看到孩子學習，還給房間送了護眼燈。
客房服務也非常迅速，服務員一趟趟的跑前跑後。
酒店温泉雖然不多，但景觀很贊，特別是山頂無邊泳池景色超絕。活動內容也豐富，餵羊駝、騎馬等，關鍵是衞生乾淨，讓人以為回到新西蘭。
訂的山居別墅，但其實這個房型是依山而上的，靠山腳的基本就是草坪景了，另外就是山腳靠近主樓大堂，室外隔音比較差，不太清凈，可能另一個別墅房型性價比更高，除了這點，房間設施和衞生是沒的説的。
是一個家庭度假的好地方，特別是假期可以避開人潮。
