We recently stayed at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower in London for the first time and I honestly can’t imagine coming to London again and staying anywhere else. From the moment we arrived, everything about our experience was seamless and special. We were kindly upgraded to a City View room which made our stay even more memorable. The staff were outstanding: polite, genuinely happy, and incredibly approachable,not just with us but with our children as well. It’s rare to find that level of consistent warmth across all interactions. Our room was impeccably maintained each day and I particularly appreciated the thoughtful approach to sustainability, whether it was the mindful reuse of towels and bed linens or the fact that extras like toothbrushes or body lotion were provided when needed but not wasted by default. The hotel itself is simply stunning. Every detail from the spoons to the plates, body products, and even the toothbrushes speaks to impeccable quality and luxury. It’s a place where you truly feel taken care of. As Muslim travelers, it meant a great deal to find a room equipped with a shutoff (bidet), which is quite rare to find in UK hotels. That small but meaningful touch made our stay even more comfortable. We recommend this hotel 100% to anyone visiting London and as for us, we’re already planning our return. A solid 1000% from us!

The New Year’s Eve event at Jumeirah Carlton London was simply spectacular. Impeccably organized, with outstanding food and vibrant music, the evening flowed effortlessly. The atmosphere was electric, filled with the unmistakable buzz and elegance that Jumeirah is known for. A truly memorable and stylish way to welcome the New Year. ✨
