A stunning hotel where every corner is a masterpiece. Helpful staff, everything is very clean and taken care of. The food was great too. Highly recommend! The only downside is poor wifi connection, so if you need to do some work you’d better go someplace else :)

Flights got canceled so we couldn’t stay at the hotel. The hotel refused to refund anything.

酒店在琅勃拉邦市區一條小路上，門臉較小，不注意就容易錯過。院內環境安靜，花園和泳池很漂亮，整體為法式殖民風格建築。公共區域和客房陳設中有不少老照片、木雕、織物等裝飾，帶有一定歷史氛圍。房間面積適中，傢俱偏復古，設施相對簡單，但功能齊全。整體適合喜歡安靜環境、對歷史和文化氛圍有興趣的住客。

酒店環境確實不錯，有歷史韻味，但是隔音較差，空調遙控器不靈敏，床品不錯，服務差點意思，距離稍遠，步行到皇宮看佈施的地方需20-30分鐘

非常糟糕的體驗，酒店非常的老舊，入住2晚，第一天晚上空調壞，一晚上沒空調，第二天跳閘，一早上沒電
服務：前台還是比較熱情，餐廳的就很一般，我們預訂了兩晚，第二天中午已經做了清潔，下午服務員還是進了房間，我們並沒有要求清潔！
前台會主動加微信，推銷一日遊，雖然沒有太過分，但是這種操作，在同價位和同星級酒店裡麪，是不會有的！
設施：
空調不製冷，而且遙控器非常難操作，基本上是按10下，其中一下機緣巧合，空調會有反應，我們晚上發現空調不製冷了，工作人員過來調了幾下，也沒用，第二天中午才修好。我都忍了，
第二天晚上洗澡吹頭髮，吹飛直接冒火花，全屋的燈，廁所和浴室的插孔全部停電，僅有幾個插座有電，打了5次前台電話，無人接聽，最後太晚了，也是勉強睡下。知道離店也沒有來電。
酒店的處理方式是，可以給我們延遲到2點退房，完全是在搞笑！！！我們2點的航班，也不需要提前退房。經理看我們非常不高興，同意免費送我們去機場，但是我們已經約了車！

琅勃拉邦的意外驚喜。
酒店一步一景別有洞天。每一件陳設都是老物件，很多老照片老佛像。會客廳和泳池都有一種南國舊日的美。
房間在一個獨棟洋樓的一層。百葉窗的舊木門，推開門是私人小院，佈滿綠植。
所在的街區很安靜，離開了鬧市。酒店旁邊就有寺廟，清晨6點左右會有當地居民日常的佈施。整個琅勃拉邦不大，從酒店閑逛就可以到達早市晚市還有普西山。
服務就中規中矩。不算熱情，但是也舒適。
