Luoyang Huamao Chunsong Hotel

The hotel has a fantastic design and great service. We were kindly given a free room upgrade, and there was a capsule coffee machine provided. The hotel's restaurant offered amazing food and service, the breakfast was abundant, and the room was wonderful with comfortable, clean bedding. Overall, it was a great stay, and we even extended our stay by another day because of the rain.

The service at the front desk, from the greeters to the room attendants, was exceptional, and the hotel's public areas boast a very aesthetic design. The front desk kindly upgraded us to a Business Suite for free. The service was meticulous and thoughtful, and everyone in our family, including the elderly, was extremely satisfied. The only minor drawback was that the breakfast selection was a bit limited; we hope they can add more variety in the future. Overall, it exceeded our expectations.

The hostess was incredibly polite; she saw us with our bags and immediately came forward to show us to our seats. The waitstaff were attentive throughout, promptly clearing empty plates, and came over as soon as we called them. Their attitude was friendly and genuine. While the variety of dishes wasn't huge, the food was delicious and the environment was clean. It wasn't a superficial kind of service; it was truly relaxing, and I was very satisfied. I look forward to my next trip.

The hotel service is truly exceptional! The staff and shift leaders are extremely welcoming and attentive. The gym is huge with a fully equipped set of machines, which is fantastic. The decor is also very luxurious and grand. There are great food options within 1-2 kilometers, and it's very close to the high-speed railway station and subway.

The hot food was consistently warm, so you didn't have to eat cold meals. The environment was clean, and there was plenty of seating, so no long waits. The staff were friendly and collected plates promptly. It was a simple yet very comfortable meal, and having such a great breakfast truly adds to the hotel experience when traveling.

We overslept and were rushing to catch our train, and a waiter thoughtfully helped us pack our breakfast to go, which was a very kind gesture, showing genuine dedication to customer service. The breakfast selection includes a wide variety of both Western and Chinese dishes, and the ingredients are fresh. The environment is clean and comfortable, making for an excellent dining experience and a very pleasant start to our travel day. It was a very comfortable stay overall, a truly recommendable hotel!

The environment here is incredibly grand and luxurious everywhere you look. The private indoor hot spring was absolutely amazing; my kids had a fantastic time. Our room had its own private pool, offering perfect privacy – no need to share with anyone else. Filling the pool was easy, and the water temperature was simple to adjust. After a soak, I felt completely refreshed. The room itself was clean, tidy, quiet, and perfectly suited for relaxation and de-stressing. Highly recommended! The service was also super excellent!

The hotel upgraded our room, which was incredibly spacious and comfortable. They contacted us the day before our arrival to arrange a pick-up service from the high-speed train station. The housekeeping staff also refilled our mini-bar drinks and tabletop snacks. The butler service was also outstanding, patiently answering all our questions and making our first visit to Luoyang truly impressive! Additionally, the hotel offers a free laundry room, which was a lifesaver since it rained heavily on our first day in Luoyang, allowing us to wash our clothes immediately. Every service detail was exceptionally well-executed! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Luoyang!
