The hotel looks quite new inside, everything is clean and modern. The room was cool, my son loved the bunk bed. The whole service team was always friendly, smiling and pro actively helping. The food was awesome, no matter what we tried. And a big plus is of course the close distance to the thermal spring. You can reach it by just crossing the street. All in all big recommendation! Will stay there again for sure.

Uns hat der Urlaub sehr sehr viel Geld gekostet. Und wir wurden leider sehr enttäuscht. Das Essen war meistens kalt. Es waren kaum vegetarische Speisen dabei auch die Auswahl an Speisen war, im Vergleich zu umliegenden Hotels, sehr gering. Die Nachspeisen waren bei der Jause immer das gleiche und auch hier keinerlei Angaben zu Inhaltsstoffen was es für Vegetarier oft schwierig macht. Die Kellner waren meistens überfordert über den hohen Andrang (nicht jeder nahm Bestellungen auf) somit konnte man niemanden fragen. Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig, wir konnten jedes Wort der Nachbarn verstehen und natürlich auch die Geräusche am Gang. Die Türe im WC war so laut das man alle im Zimmer aufgeweckt hat wenn man sie geöffnet hat. Ich hab um extra Kissen gebeten und hab sie erst nach dem ich 4 mal an der Rezeption nachgefragt habe erhalten.

Wir waren zu Silvester im Hotel - gesamt war alles sehr schön - was ich bemängeln muss, ist, dass es für das Frühstück zu wenige große Tische gab, und wir mit 3 Erwachsenen und einem halbwüchsigen Kind auf einem Bartisch das Frühstück genossen haben. Weiters wurde auf meine Verletzung am Fuß nicht besonders Rücksicht genommen, sodass wir zum Dinner am Silvesterabend über eine steile Treppe wieder in das Erdgeschoss zu unserem Tisch mussten. Das gleiche zu dem Frühstück am Bartisch, hier musste ich vom Buffet immer in den 1. Stock humpeln. Der Gesamteindruck jedoch ist sehr gut, sodass wir meinen Geburtstag in den Semesterferien noch einmal mit 4 Tagen dort verbringen.

Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereich top
Der zugang zur therme war super sicher für die kinder. Die bar war sehr schön und entspannend. Und die unterkunft und die möglichkeiten auch für kinder top 👍

Schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Einziges kleines Manko ist der doch etwas langwierige Marsch durch den Tunnel zur Therme.

Leider alles etwas zu teuer und nur das Frühstück war inklusive, obwohl es hieß dass wir all inclusive haben.
