Foxhills Club and Resort- Member of Elegant Hotel Collection

Great Facilities. Enjoyed my stay especially one of the loveliest English breakfast on the sunny terrace. My only gripe is that a medium glass of Whispering Angel was £20 ordered by a prepubescent teen, YES that's correct I paid £29 for a bottle beer and Med Glass of the pink stuff (They sell bottles of it for £15 down the road) Sam

What an amazing time we had! A massive thank you to Ursula, Olivia, Rene and the team for having us and giving us a memorable stay. I dont play golf but I was even able to join my partner on a 9 hole. I even got called a glamorous caddy lol. Foxhills resort has so much to offer, whether your a couple staying for some down time, a family wanting a break or those who are looking to celebrate something special - Foxhills caters for it all. The rooms have such a luxurious warm feeling to them and catered with top quality amenities. There are three different restaurants on site, offering a wide variety of locally sourced food to suit your taste buds. The views of the grounds are simply amazing no matter where you are on the grounds, its simply breathtaking. This was our first time at Foxhills but it most definitely will not be our last. Thank you once again for making our stay a special one.

Rooms were large and well appointed. No AC in mine but the fan was sufficient when I left the door open. There is AC in some of the newer room. The Spa is fabulous. There is an indoor pool with side jetted pool, steam room sauna. Outside there is a hit tub, sauna and cold plunge. Some lounges are more.private hiding between hedges. The food was delicious. Standard English was fine and I thought the waffles and pancakes delic. My only complaint and it is picky...the outside of the outer buildings needed a broom and a dust. Cob webs and tree needles were everywhere and I felt that it was an attention to detail that should have been tended to without guest input. I would definitely go again!

Foxhills gives the impression of being a high quality resort. However, upon arrival we decided to have a drink in the garden and despite being quiet, we were surprised that there were many tables inside and out that had not been cleared. This continued throughout the 3 days that we stayed. We would also have expected waiter service when drinking outside. We travelled with family, 2 couples, both of us having booked the Executive Courtyard Rooms. We were given an upgrade to a Junior Suite but our family were not! We were also surprised to find that the Executive Rooms did not have air conditioning, not what you would expect in such a venue. The service at dinner and breakfast was poor, lacking any direction to the young staff. No side plates at breakfast nor any butter given with toast. Basic things! We enjoyed our dinner in the Lomri restaurant, however, watch out for the pricing structure on two of the red wines, which are incorrectly advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed playing tennis each morning and using the pool near the courtyard, although a supply of nearby towels would have been appreciated and also removal of used ones throughout the day.

The land of luxury. It's 5 star with a relaxed feel. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The golf courses are brutal. But off yellows they were fun. The spa is great. The food was delicious. Breakfast was served in the old coach house. Continental and full English. And everything in-between. They even had vegetarian black-pudding. The dinners were so good. Beds were soft but firm. Perfect.

The food in the Manor house was delicious good portion sizes and wonderful customer service

Fabulous hotel and country club. The staff are pleasant and polite, the golf courses are lovely to play and the food is amazing.

An overnight celebration of 3 family birthdays - our ages range from 10 to 80. Foxhills made the perfect venue offering so many activities in superb grounds plus delicious food. The weather was gorgeous too which meant we played golf, tennis, padel and swam under cloudless skies.

Best destination Hotel Country club in the UK? Just spent a fabulous weekend here I did everything Swim, Spa, Golf, Tennis, walks , food etc All superb Thank you to all the team Liberty, Mark outstanding as always Will be back soon!
