YOHO Treasure Island Hotel

After getting off the bus, it's about a 5-minute walk to the hotel. The location is excellent. Since the hotel is inside a shopping mall, I figured food wouldn't be an issue while waiting to check in. Wow, wow! For this price, this hotel in Macau is amazing. I thought to myself, and with the help of a friendly staff member, I checked in. Once I got to the room, wow, it's even better up here! The night view must be even more incredible... On the first floor, there's a Five Guys, other restaurants, and a shopping mall. On the second floor, there's a gym and an outdoor swimming pool. Next time I'm in Macau, it's definitely this hotel again!

Macau is quite small, so the distance between hotels isn't far. YOHO Treasure Island Hotel is in a great location, and its night view, daytime scenery, and exterior are all beautiful. Downstairs, there's a shopping mall, entertainment, and a cinema. What attracted me online was the infinity pool. The only downside is that the pool's operating hours are very short, only until 8 PM. By the time we checked in, it was already closed, which was a bit disappointing. The room facilities were excellent, very spacious with a large bay window overlooking the Macau Tower. However, the cleanliness was rather sloppy. We later asked for it to be tidied up again, and the duty manager, Mr. Zhao, explained the situation and gave us shopping vouchers for drinks. From the hotel, it's very close to attractions like the Ruins of St. Paul's. There are also shuttle buses to the ferry terminal, The Venetian, Macau Tower, and other places, which saved us a lot on taxi fares. Just be sure to check the schedule so you don't miss them. Speaking of service, perhaps business was good, as there were many guests during our summer stay. The service feedback was mediocre; they didn't seem to care much about customer opinions and weren't receptive to them, focusing only on their explanations. When we were about to check out, a staff member entered the room without knocking, which startled us. They also said they would get back to me, but I never received a reply. If I visit Macau again, I'm not sure if I'll stay here again. It depends on my mood.

The overall environment is alright, but I felt the front desk service was really mediocre. When I checked in, I paid the room deposit in cash. Upon check-out, they told me I had to wait 10 minutes and handed me a buzzer. When it went off, I went back, only to be told they pressed the wrong button and was asked to wait again. I ended up waiting for at least 30 minutes. Since I had to catch a ride to somewhere else, I told them about it, and only then did they process my refund first. Also, once I got back up to the room and called the front desk again, nobody answered the phone.

帶着孩子，跟閨蜜或者是情侶去逛老城區 大三巴 官也街，住這個酒店是非常方便的，酒店裡沒有**的，對面就是永利 葡京。酒店的環境，服務非常好嗯，性價比很高，房間挺大的，可以選擇看城景（窗户對着葡京）或是海景（窗户對着澳門塔）。唯一我覺得不好的就是我這個房型是廁所的門對着床。

Booked many times, I just love the convenient location of this hotel and the beautiful swimming pool, which my kids particularly enjoy. It would be even better if the hygiene improved a bit! But overall, it's pretty good value for money.

I didn't want to stay at a casino hotel, so I chose this place, and I am extremely satisfied! First of all, the location is great. Taking the HK-Macau Express directly drops you off right at the hotel entrance, and the bus stop is just a 5-minute walk downstairs, making it very convenient to get to both the Macau Peninsula and Taipa. Secondly, the environment: the interior of the room is very spacious, all the facilities are brand new, and there are power outlets where mainland Chinese chargers can be plugged in directly. Then, regarding convenience, there is a restaurant and a cinema on the first floor. After a whole day of exploring, when I didn't have time for a proper meal earlier, I was pleasantly surprised to find a Tai Er pickled fish restaurant downstairs upon returning, and I could even use the hotel-provided consumption vouchers. Right at the entrance, there's a Pop Mart with a great stock of Zsiga (Toy City) items. Finally, a huge thank you to the hotel staff for their service. On the morning of my departure from Macau, I went out for breakfast and a stroll, but ended up taking the bus back in the wrong direction, causing me to exceed the check-out time by a few minutes. After explaining the situation to the front desk staff, they immediately said it was no problem, and I checked out smoothly without delaying my trip to the airport at all! When taking a taxi, staff members were also there to guide guests and help with the luggage. Once I got home, the deposit had already been refunded to my account without any hassle. A family I met in the elevator was also saying that this hotel is much better than staying in Hong Kong. In short, whenever I come back to Macau next time, I will definitely stay at YOHO Treasure Island Hotel again!

This hotel is located inside a shopping mall. The front desk is on the first floor of the mall, shared with another hotel. Upon entering the room, I found the bathroom hygiene to be concerning; the faucet was covered in water stains, and even the toilet had yellow urine stains. More importantly, there was a musty smell when the room door was opened. This definitely does not meet the standard for 1500 a night. In short, think twice before staying at YOHO Treasure Island Hotel.

I couldn't find a single fault with the service at this hotel, and the location is super convenient! 👌 The front desk staff were excellent, and check-out was so quick I barely realized it was done.
