Swissôtel Al Maqam Makkah

Everything was good for first day, however our room was 4 bedrooms and we were allocated a twin room. They put extra bed but it was making it very tight. second day the reception people were sending to concierge and they sending us back and forth to each other. All I needed a Pen to write something quickly. A 5 star hotel should have pens ✍️ for customer to write it. Our room bathroom was throwing water out as there was no curtain. Overall it was good. Atheer she was a very helpful person from Guest relations for helping and supporting when needed. She went above and beyond.

Excellent hotel staff. Pleasant and helpful.  Extremely clean  Separate lifts from rest of the building so minimal waiting time; compared to other hotels in Makkah clock tower

this hotel was conveniently located next to masjid alharam & clock towerand easily found. the rooms were large, comfortable & well-equipped with necessary amenities. the staff were friendly and helpful & we appreciated the late check-out. The rooms were clean, very comfortable & the lift was super fast. the food for breakfast so yummy with arabic etc dishes. we're very happy with our stay for long hajj & umrah season & highly recommend this hotel for anyone

Really enjoyed with my daughter the only issues were the complicated axis for reaching to any place But I am still recommended

It’s a very good hotel, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Mine said Haram view but could only see portion of the roof but that was not an issue.  The breakfast was excellent with choice for all palates. I am planning to rebook again in January with my family insha Allah The only thing is the entrance while checking, it’s confusing. Should put proper directions for the checking counter.
