clean and good location

This is the worst Marriott brand hotel that I have stayed at. It was filthy smelled like cigaretts and very musty. Bed mattress was like sleeping on the floor. Hotel states recently remodeled well i must say they must of hired a very bad contractor or its all a lie. The entire hotel needs maintenance. I saw the front dest attendant walk out of a room with a can of Raid. Hmm wonder if its infested as well. Do all you do before you stay there. I requested a refund and management there denied me my request.

MOLD - MOLD - MOLD You can see the real decrease of care for their rooms and property + mold + musty + dirty rooms + smell + loud HVAC. I got tired of complaining after they switched my room once. I was in disbelief when the GENERAL MANAGER gave us a snarky, non professional attitude. Our shower had mold I took pics and video - it was disgusting. He switched our rooms, I requested that Marriott consider awarding us bonvoy rewards for the inconvenience- he said “sir I’m switching your room”. I said “thank you” but would you consider awarding me points based on the hassle? He said NO. And that’s why I should have chosen Hilton. The room he switched us to had an HVAC that ran very loud and clangy, had grime and dust on the bathroom door way and peeling wallpaper - let’s not forget about the shredded curtains. Don’t stay here - over the last five years their property has become worn, unkempt and disgusting.

Absolutely horrific. The check in process was terrible. Rooms weren’t cleaned after check in time. Room was dirty. Mold, dirt, grime. The worse hotel I’ve seen in a long time.

Clean and comfortable. Helpful and kind staff. The elevator and some cosmetic details could use updating but the rooms were comfortable, AC was great, the breakfast had a lot of options and the price and proximity to restaurants etc was excellent. Would recommend to other families

For the money we paid I thought it would be better Not enough wash cloths I did ask and got more Body wash was broke off the shower wall No where to put bath towel when you took a shower If you hung it on the back of the door and closed the door you couldn’t reach when you were done Good thing it was only me and my husband so I could put it on the back of the door but didn’t shut it To me the air seemed a little off It was in low cool but kept going off I just thought it did that on auto- not sure Staff was friendly Breakfast was ok- just wish there was more fruit I am not a big eater so it worked ok

I wasn't aware that they charge 350.00 for deposit...wasn't told I was just told to put my card in machine..breakfeat eggs were really watery but good assortment..wifi was horrible..and no signs directing the people to the pool location...and price for drinks water etc changed everytime some was at the counter..crazy...

This is a typical Fairfield Inn. Quiet location, friendly management. I was driving through and stopped here.

This property is in a great location, staff are wonderful. The rooms are good some have light issues that need fixing but nothing major. And there is only one microwave for the whole hotel which is on the 2nd floor, it would be nice if they would put a microwave in each room. From a 1- 10 i would rate this a 8. Thank you
