Great location! It's just a 3-minute walk to the St Peter’s Square tram stop for easy access to Manchester city centre, and another 5 minutes to the train station for connections to other cities. Absolutely fantastic. The room was clean and very spacious, though unfortunately, the USB charging ports on one side of the bed were completely broken, so we had to charge our devices elsewhere.

The hotel is a budget hotel but expensive to stay . No tea or coffee in the room not even a glass so you can get a drink of water . The check in process is a nightmare and there was no one else in the queue. The mattress was very uncomfortable. Can’t give it a good on any level . The only good thing was it was near the venue we were going to. Plenty of other hotels near by so wouldn’t stay again . The staff weren’t great on reception either

The overall experience met expectations. The biggest highlight is the extremely convenient location – it's a short walk to the city center, Chinatown, or nearby stations. The surrounding amenities are excellent, saving a lot of travel time. The rooms are simple and practical, and for Manchester city center, the price is very reasonable, offering great value for money. The front desk staff were also very friendly and enthusiastic. However, the sound insulation in the rooms is relatively average, so if you're sensitive to noise, it's advisable to bring earplugs. Overall, if you're on a budget and looking for a clean place to sleep for a night, this is a perfectly acceptable choice!

The photos, reviews and ratings for this hotel are better than the reality. Location very central though

Pros: Reasonably priced hotel in the centre of Manchester. Good sized room with airconditioning. Cons: Noise from adjacent rooms can be heard. No coffee/tea facilities in the room, no Iron/ ironing board in the room. Might be placed in house 2 (separate building from reception) which has only 1 working lift. Verdict: for the price and location, I will come back.

The room was pretty good. I met a lovely Hong Kong lady at the front desk, and we could communicate in Cantonese, which was very friendly. Breakfast was substantial. The location is truly unbeatable, right in the heart of Manchester city center. The back door connects directly to the Chinatown archway, and the Manchester Art Gallery is just around the corner. Saturday surcharges were a bit pricey. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

Good hotel and location. The staff need to have more training in customer service and communication

Location: Great. It's close to Manchester Oxford Road train station, with bus stops, an art gallery, Chinatown, and two supermarkets nearby. Do note that the hotel is split into House 1 and House 2, and the entrance to House 2 is a bit hidden. Staff Attitude: The staff were very friendly. They were concerned I wouldn't find the entrance and walked me there. Thank you! ❤️ Facilities: The room only has a hairdryer, towels, hangers, shower gel, and a TV. Everything else needs to be brought by yourself. House 2's common room has a coffee machine and hot chocolate (for £2). Overall, I think the value for money is very good, and the space is quite large. Downside: Every time I opened the door, there was a damp smell, which only disappeared once the room's power was on and the air conditioning started working. The carpet and walls are a bit old.

We been staying at this hotel on at least two previous occasions! On the whole, we had not been disappointed! The facilities are good but mostly dated. The cleanliness is generally quite good standards.
