Suburban Studios Mason Near Kings Island

Convenient location. Just 5 minutes from Kings Island. Run down property looks like a small construction site. Staff barely speak English. Room was tiny and filthy. Wifi didn't work 90% of the time. Breakfast was same thing 2 days in a row. Cheap rooms but not worth the discomfort of bugs all over. Slapped with a surprise security fee, even after the reservation was paid in advance. Felt more like a no tell motel or truck stop.

Photos in reviews aren't real. Don't trust this hotel. Very dirty, rooms had strange smells, not well maintained.

Can't say much, they refused to allow my family entry because we got a great deal here, and they clearly didn't want to uphold the bargain.. which I'd paid days prior for and booked fairly with my account on **********. They hustled me for a 250 deposit and then refused to give me the key cards.

The room was clean and nice :) There was some hairs on my sheets, but other than that it was good and loved the newly remodeled rooms! The fridge was leaking on the floor so had to keep the towel down, and it wasn’t that cold, and leaked more when you tried to make it colder.

This is supposed to be an extended stay or there was no dishes or cook ware or cutlery there was no coffee pot in the room if you wanted to cook you have to go buy all the stuff to do it not to mention there is a deposit you have to pay on sight depending on how many days you want

Feces on wall in bathroom, floor was filthy everywhere. Cobwebs hanging from ceiling. Bedding stained. Room smell was terrible. After traveling all day my wife and I were too tired to try and find anything else. Steer clear of this place! Sleeping in the parking lot would be better.

Clean room. Very nice size. Was very pleasantly surprised. Would definitely stay here again

Bed was clean and room was decently clean was dusty and baseboards you can tell no one has ever took a rag to but for a shower and nights rest it did the job and a good price

Breakfast lacks variety. Bathroom did not have toilet papers. Weird had to collect from the front desk.
