The service was great

The facility and room were filthy. Floors were unwashed, bedding dirty, room had a strange odor. Maybe mold in bathroom. Broken furniture/furnishings, just old and nasty. I appreciate the room was around 100$$ but even cheap rooms should be clean. This place needs a refresh and staff that know how to clean. I would advise people to avoid this Microtel.

To simplify my reviews, I am going to put my teacher skills to use: Cleanliness of the room: B Comfort of the beds: B+ Wait time to check in: A- Friendliness of the employees: A- Professionalism of the employees: B+ Water pressure in the bathroom: B- OVERALL GRADE: B A friend and I spent two nights here. It was a pretty good place to stay while traveling.

Room was clean. Slept well. Outlets need replaced though. My chargers fit so loose in them they literally fell out during the night and I woke up to a half dead phone. I've had no issues with the same chargers elsewhere. Also have motion sensor lights in the bathroom so of you get up to pee half asleep wanting only a nightlight prepare to be blinded anyway. Breakfast options very minimal as well.

The only drawback to this stay was that the light did not always turn on on the first try -- but it did always come on! Having Fox News on in the breakfast room was less than enjoyable, but it was good to have a free breakfast, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff were lovely!

This was a super nice hotel. Our room was one of the nicer I have stayed in at this price range! Everyone was friendly and welcoming and the room was clean. Couldn’t ask for more for that price!

The only reason I stayed here was because I booked it as non-refundable. The bathroom in my room was filthy. I won’t get into it because I don’t want to gross anyone out. The sheets and towels were clean. The bed was uncomfortable. My room was on the first floor, right next to the main entrance- there are no sheers on the windows, only blackout curtains, which didn’t really help because there was a spotlight shining right at my window. So even during the day, I kept the curtains closed because it was like being in a fishbowl. I ended up switching rooms. They moved me to the second floor. Thankfully the desk person offered to carry my suitcase up the stairs, since there is no elevator. Bathroom in this room wasn’t much cleaner than the first. Their breakfast options were bagels, instant oatmeal, a couple cold cereal options and horrible coffee. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here.
