The view of the Lake is just spectacular. The service was so great. It is just a 4-minutes-long taxi journey from the JR station. The rooms and the onsen are also nice.

1. 洗澡在室外，幸好現在是5月，不敢想象冬天會多冷
2. 需要加錢才能吃和牛會席晚餐
其他都很不錯，帶私湯，景色絕了

We stayed in a modern style Japanese room with a lovely outdoor bath on the balcony. The view of the lake was great, but there is a busy road between the hotel and lake. The kaiseki dinners and breakfasts were all excellent. We stayed in winter - there was light snow and strong winds causing waves on the lake, so we were a little surprised to find the shower was also on the exposed balcony (not inside the room). It was extremely cold in sub-zero temperatures and not very well screened from the road. But we managed to enjoy the bath and overall it was a great stay.

Stayed in the Cloud room with a private onsen in the balcony facing an awesome view of the lake. Room was clean and spacious with a generous supply of amenities. Visited the public bath as well but was nothing impressive. Beer and yakult was provided free of charge in the hotel lobby. Note that if you are traveling with young children, they change an extra ¥2500 per child just for them to be in the room, no extra beds provided and breakfast is a separate charge. Breakfast served was exquisite and in a private dining room which we appreciate. Overall nice experience but just one night is enough as the town is very quiet and the room price is very steep.

301露天風呂付き洋室に宿泊しました。 天井が高く、和風モダンな内装、ゆったりとした露天風呂、シャワースペースは広々、全体的にゆったりとしていて開放感があります。泉質も良く肌がすべすべ。 お部屋からの宍道湖の景色も開放感を演出してくれます。 食事は個室なのでリラックスして頂けます。どれも美味しく、器もひとつひとつ素敵。 浴衣も選べますし、部屋に色々なサイズが用意されていますので，寝る用と食事用で着替えることが出来て快適です。 スタッフみなさんが丁寧でクオリティの高いサービスに安心して過ごす事が出来ました。 また松江に行く際には利用したいと思います。
