I was disappointed to be charged an unexpected parking fee without prior notice. While I appreciate that the fee was eventually waived after considerable discussion, the situation was still frustrating and could have been avoided with clear communication upfront. Even if the amount is small, it’s important that clients are informed of any additional charges in advance to prevent inconvenience. I hate surprises Like this!

The staff that I interreacted with were fine other than not being notified that there was going to be a $3.00 parking fee It is hard to fathom that any hotel would charge for a service that is a basic part of operating a hotel What's next, pay toilets? A surcharge for clean sheets? Called to discuss with the manager and left a message A week has gone by and no returned phone call

Joe the shuttle driver was amazing. Front desk staff were helpful. Room was clean and very nice. Breakfast was everything u needed for a great start of the day

Hotel was very nice and cozy and staff were so nice and helpful! Staff were very quick with any accommodations and helped with everything ! Rooms were cozy and clean and had everything we needed ! Big thanks to Sam and grace they were so nice and helpful ! Would 10/10 stay here again thanks to the wonderful staff !
