The facilities are basic; the name and interior decor don't quite match.

Stayed here for business for 3 nights and was not impressed with the hotel. Room was Ok. Nothing special, nothing really bad but nothing that stood out. In the bathroom, celling siding panels falling off, faucet leaking. Breakfast was good. most disappointing was dinner food in the restaurant. soups from microwave, steak from frying pan, bread was at least a week old on multiple occasions. Needless to say, next time i am staying in a different hotel.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire reception team for the warmth and professionalism with which I was welcomed. Especially to Frida, because from the moment I arrived until my last day, she always assisted me with a genuine smile, ready to help and make me feel at home. They not only demonstrated great efficiency but also a human touch that truly makes a difference. Thank you for making my stay such a special and memorable experience.
