I asked for a table next to the pool where the show is happening multiple times and I was place at the opposite side of the pool where I couldn’t see anything. I had a guest from Italy with me and I really wanted her to see the show. Huge disappointment. Juan, our waiter was wonderful

We came for dinner ocean grill at the setai, Chiara was our server and she’s amazing! She was very professional and always with a smile, going often to our table and making sure everything was good, also she gave us a lot of good recommendations such as drinks and desserts, and always very respectful.
