Overpriced. Might as well go to Vegas. Table limits too high for weekday. $25 minimums, didnt even play. Not playing $80 a hand and have to pay for drinks too. Other than value, ****** was nice, great sportsbook, and i found Milwaukee people friendly.

Gobbled up a hundred in no time at all. When they first opened a long time ago with just the old building I walked away with good sums of cash,my buckets were full of quarters and dollars . Jackpot parties were the best !! I won't be going back any time soon.

Slots are very tight now. Hear it from everyone around me. Players card is useless. $80.00 in free play and no return at all. So many players smell like pot, the coffee cafe has employees that are serving items with hair hanging in their faces. I'm always afraid I am going to catch something

The Hotel room was very nice. Staff was very accommodating. The Sportsbook staff on the other hand. Awful. We reserved a table on Thursday. The food was good. The service was a bit to be desired. Took 30 minutes to get a bucket of beer. In addition their website list non reserved tables in the Sportsbook. We showed up early on Friday morning and were told there are no non reserved seats. We spoke to the morning manager. She couldn’t have been more rude. I guess customer service is a thing of the past. Smug. Condescending. Just treated us awful.

Long time (past) Potawatomi Sapphire level gambler. 20+ years at video poker and Quick Hits in the Valley. I'd hit for a nice return now and then and it was nice. Actually grew to favor the Pot over Vegas. Comped rooms, food...and fair payouts. But that was then. I no longer visit Potawatomi. At all. Since the management change of about 2 or 3 years ago. That individual obviously laid down the order on payouts. No one experiences reasonable payouts anymore. A mystery why they'd turn away serious gamblers like myself. Someone posted recently that the mgmt would rather pay the state fine for tightening payouts AGAINST the rules? Amazing (and dishonest) if true. And I think it is true. Again, I miss my Potawatomi. (And Dominick -- no need to reply.) P.S. I may return every few months or so....to see if posts like mine have any tangible impact.

The Street Eats on the 2nd level of the ****** is terrible. It is overpriced. The food lacks quality. There is a hard understanding of the kiosks to order. The wait was 45 minutes. You do not have to wait at the restaurant. You're able to leave a number and they text. We'll, at the 45 minute mark, I went to the countertop because the text never came. It came an hour later. The food was on the counter. Cold. Pulled pork BBQ was drowning in a very acidic, average sauce. The burger was ice cold and small. 45$ later, we realized what a terrible waste it was. We will not eat at the ****** again. Rock amd Brews also has staffing issues and is terrible customer service, albeit, decent food. DON'T EAT AT STREET EATS!!
