Drury Plaza Hotel Milwaukee Downtown

This hotel and location are fantastic! The room was very clean. The bathroom looked like it had recently been remodeled. The hotel is centrally located. The morning breakfast had many choices and good food. I look forward to future visits.

Plates in dining area were all dirty pool was gross the room smelled bad and was so noisy bed was so hard and my car was broken into in the garage

Nice hotel but was surprised at 5 star reviews. Most people took advantage of two meals and drinks which was a plus if it fits your schedule. I was disappointed in housekeeping not making beds and having to be asked to restock coffee, cups etc. Also, it is garage parking with quite a maze to get to the hotel lobby. Nice hotel, but for the above reasons I would say 4 stars. Hotel staff very friendly and welcoming. For the price, I didn't expect to have any complaints!!

Called Drury and the front desk let me know they do not allow motorcycle parking?? OK Then!!

Walkable neighborhood. Close to theaters, stores, restaurants, and tours. The room was clean and comfy. The bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was reliable. Evening drinks was a added bonus. The hotel restaurant was avaible when local places closed early. The staff was friendly.

I had never stayed here before, but I will be back! Great staff, helpful and friendly. Very nice room with comfortable beds. Everything clean. Parking garage next door connected by bridge. Good security system in elevators.

This Drury location lived up to the reputation Drury has of good hospitality and cleanliness! We loved our stay- from the kickback (with 3 drinks and food) to the morning breakfast. All of the staff is friendly and hard working. The rooms was so clean, comfortable and spacious. It was a nice safety feature to have to use your key card to use the elevator. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do in Milwaukee. Would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Milwaukee… but then again that only means more people would learn about this gem of a hotel!

This is the first time I am writing negative feedback about any property. The room was small, congested, dark, and super smelly. The carpet was literally greasy and small bad. The mattress was very comfortable. The pool area, hot tub super dirty and had sand in it. At dinner time no sign for the dishes. That is a very old property.
