Aloft Austin Airport

Nice hotel, staff very helpful.

The Hispanic lady with long hair at the front desk made the stay incredible. She was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to give great recommendations for sites near the hotel to go explore, and great food options close by as well. The hotel also has a great gym for those wanting to exercise.

My work requires me to travel to Austin quite a bit, and I stay at the Aloft near the Austin airport. The front desk agents, Mila and Zandi, are phenomenal. Every time I return, they’re hospitable and courteous, and have been helpful to make my stays for work comfortable. The beds are quite comfortable and having stayed on both sides of the property, you don’t hear any traffic from the airport or highway on either side of side. The rooms are quite clean and the mini fridge keeps any travel supplies that require refrigeration very cold. Thanks for the comfortable stay Aloft and thanks for your help and hospitality Mila and Zandi!

Stayed at ALoft for 4 nights early June as was working locally. The room was basic but clean, shower had good pressure, the pool is smallish but adequate, breakfast options also quite basic but adequate, location is OK if you're working near the airport and approx 10-15 minute drive to the city centre, there is not much nearby but about 10 minute walk over the motorway there's a 7/11 at a petrol station and a Waffle house, Subway and Dennys. The reception/bar area has a pool table and they start serving at 5pm, I have to thank Gaby at the bar for her help and local knowledge and wrote us a list of places to go and avoid, and she even bought us a gift before we left, the bar has a nice atmosphere and we all had a great time. 5 stars overall

Staff shared incorrect information with us about the airport shuttle. We were told a shuttle was coming to pick us up at the airport but we had to wait 90 minutes for it to arrive. When we arrived at the hotel they appeared unbothered by our inconvenience.

My flight was cancelled and I needed a place to stay for a very early flight the next morning. Perfect and clean - easy to get on the shuttle in the AM.
