Really nice and modern. Free snacks are available in the lobby Monday through Wednesday evenings. The washing machine is also free. Parking costs $20.

Overall, the hotel is very good. It's new and well-equipped. I was a little disappointed that the bagels at breakfast weren't Montreal bagels. They weren't tasty. The muffins were okay, but the hot dishes were all good. It was quite crowded during the long weekend, and breakfast didn't seem crowded.

The only advantage is that it's relatively new. Other issues include: no one answers the phone; the airport shuttle service is only available every hour, which is too long for guests who either arrive late or leave early. I took an Uber when I arrived, which cost about $19, and the Uber showed it was for 7-8 kilometers; early check-in is required, and since no one answered the phone, I emailed them beforehand. The reply only said it depended on room availability that day. When we arrived, they told us our room was ready (we even had the room number), but there was an early check-in fee… Why wasn't this fee mentioned in the email? If it had been mentioned, we might have switched hotels or guesthouses, since it was still within the free cancellation period. The result was that it was cold, windy, and rainy outside. We went out for lunch and waited in the lobby until 4 pm to check in, but it was empty and they wouldn't let us check in. Was this a compliance test?

It's a real shame that check-out is at 11am!

The room was spacious and the food was good.
