Berghotel - Sexten

I think I left a small Piece of my heart at this excellent hotel. Delicious food, friendly staff, fabulous location… just quite unique and characterful. I’ve stayed I some fabulous places but not everywhere captures your heart so Much that you want to return when there is a whole world to experience but I felt this way about this hotel. First rate.

We spent a week at the Berghotel during a family reunion in the Dolomites. The set-up was wonderful for this type of trip - we each had our own rooms, but could get together in the common spaces. Meals were a particular highlight with a reserved table for breakfast and dinner. And while the kids are picky eaters, they could always find things to eat from the salad buffet or have a plain pasta, while the adults enjoyed a 3-course meal. It's also a good fit for older children who can enjoy the pool and playground, but don't require babysitting or a kids club. The views are gorgeous and it's great to be able to walk to nearby trails and huts, or take the bus (while the bus generally worked, there were a few times where it filled up and we had to walk to an earlier stop to get picked up).

1 week stay at Berghotel where we could drop the car and not touch it. Berghotel is well situated and they are plenty of activities for both adults and children. I cannot spot any gaps. The room was fantastic with beautiful views on the mountains. The restaurant is just fantastic with quality of food, the friendly and efficient service, the pools, the spa with massages to remember. It is a great hotels and knows how to keep it simple. Well done to all staff. It takes some time to get used to it as a non Italian or German speaker but it is also refreshing. I do hope I will have the opportunity to come back

Great staff, details are perfect, food over the top, clean and spacious rooms great vista, home feeling covered parking, I have stayed here multiple times and will continue to come pack. I look forward to the winter experience coming up in 12/25 - 1/26

Always a pleasure to visit Berghotel in Moos. You are met with a warm welcome from the reception and your room is ready with your wishes. In the restaurant the staff offers you nice and polite attention, always ready with a smile and good service. Not to forget Mauro´s bar! This time we tried gin tasting with Maximillian, this was a great experience provided by a passionated young man. We love the scent in the soap and body lotion, don´t ever change these:) The scent is synonymous with BERGHOTEL! See you next year.

My daughter and I have booked only 6 nights in this beautiful Hotel in Sesto Region. If you are seeking for family, couple or single friendly hotel and If you are seeking for most relaxing stay at the foot of numerous & beautiful hiking trails reachable directly from the Hotel, look no more, this is THE Place for you. Hotel is located only 3 minutes’ drive/30 minute walk away from Sesto and 20 minutes’ drive from San Candido. The outside and the inside of the hotel is stunning. Every detail is carefully chosen, from the doorstep to the roof top. Surroundings of the hotel overlooking the mountains is peaceful and beautiful. Bar area, restaurant, wellness world with saunas and relaxing room are just amazing. We have booked the Dolomites of Sesto room and got comfortable room with balcony overlooking the Dolomites. Room is very nicely and cosy decorated, everything is clean and beautiful that we immediately felt like at home. Special thanks go to the staff of the hotel, from the reception, bar, restaurant to the housekeeping. Extra attention is given to all our needs and tons of questions regarding hiking routes. The staff in Berghotel is above all levels of hospitality. If you are looking for a place where you will feel great, where you will eat delicious food, drink amazing coffee and feel extra welcome, than chose this place for your next holiday! I would definitely recommend this beautiful property to everyone who is looking for a great, relaxing and unforgettable stay.
