Everything is almost good but was not told that there was on going renovations next door during 9am to 5pm daily until our arrival.
Our bedroom also can hear the morning prayers of the mosque at 4:45am in spite of us requesting repeatly for a quiet facing room weeks before arrival.

Really love the hotel! Its so conveniently located. Attached to grand batam mall and surrounded by spas! Breakfast spread also great! A lot of varieties!

Overall it was a pleasant stay. The sunset view from the room is a bonus .Room was spacious and fairly clean , notice the hanging mirror is not cleaned but other than that all was fine. Requested a slight delay for check out but was given strict allowance of additional 45 mins only. Nevertheless it was a good stay.

We celebrated my partner’s birthday in Batam and truly enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is within walking distance to Grand Batam Mall and many nearby shops, which made it very convenient. They also offered us a complimentary high tea for two, and the service throughout was excellent. Overall, a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Super duper clean and this hotel was beyond then what I expected. 5/5 star. Location was great super convenient. Gym was clean except for swimming pool kind of salty that day. Breakfast was exceptional! I would come back for this again and again 🫣

Overall, it was a positive experience. The check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly. My room was clean and the breakfast was good.

Hotel is next to Grand Batam Mall. Free cookies and infused water at the lobby. Room is clean. Water pressure in the shower is not very consistent. Toilet door in executive room is harder to lock as the locknis faulty. In general, service is good. Gym is quite well equipped and breakfast selection is good. Although there are 3 lifts, we need to wait quite a while for them.
