Hyatt Delhi Residences

A potentially great place to stay but for the terrible attitude of staff The apartments are well appointed and of a decent size. They are generally clean too with nice bedsheets. The location in Aerocity is perfect for a layover as it's close to the airport but a long drive into town if you plan on sightseeing. However, all the positives are undercut by the atrocious service - short, sharp answers and general unhelpful attitudes from some staff really put a downer on our stay. A good breakfast is served in the adjoining Andaz hotel building. A complicated walk down steps, narrow paths and courtyards - this isn't a major issue except that getting directions from the staff is like getting blood from a stone. Kashish at the front desk couldn't be less helpful if she tried. Leaving me guessing and lost in the heat. In the end, I insisted she get off her seat and show me, which she begrudgingly did. A little bit of customer service training would make the Hyatt perfect. And if directions are too difficult to describe - please put up signs.

Top Tier Nice stay, really enjoyed it. Safe and elegant. Friendly staff, great breakfast. Room was very comfy and modern. I enjoyed my stay.

Delicious food and beautiful, relaxing pool. Service was slow- had to call multiple times for things. Location is convenient next to the airport but there is really nothing walking distance. Loved the pool. Great place to try to get over jet lag.

Apart from the name of Hyatt…there were few similarities to the normal hospitality you got at a Hyatt. Family suite was decent and comfortable for our family of four. However dining options were far and it was quite a complex walk to get there. Pool was closed without any prior warnings which was very disappointing for the kids. Would though however highly recommend their breakfast. Brilliant spread and variety

Great experience, helpful staff room was neat and clean specially Housekeeping Team and reception all over was good The interior decor in this hotel is wonderful! The food is excellent, thank you Team for your wonderful hospitality all the best
