Hyatt Regency Niagara Falls Fallsview

Although the front desk made us wait until 4 PM for check-in as per policy, we were given a free upgrade to a high-floor room with a great view of the falls, which was fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable, but they don't provide complimentary bottled water (it's C$3 a bottle) or free slippers. I brought my own toothbrush and toothpaste, so I'm not sure if they offer those for free, but I didn't see any in the bathroom. There's a capsule coffee machine and tea bags. For those who need hot water, you can use the tap water, which is drinkable, directly with the machine to heat it, so a kettle isn't necessary. The elevator is a bit quirky, but you get used to it. Overall, it's a very nice hotel with an excellent location.

The room was beautiful and very relaxing. I was worried about not being able to see the Falls View, or only seeing a little bit, but the view from the room was stunning and I was extremely satisfied. I would love to stay here again.

The location is fantastic, offering the best angle to admire the magnificent waterfall right from your room. Just a heads-up, this hotel is in Canada; I accidentally booked the wrong one. Checkout was a bit slow, and I still haven't seen the credit card charge yet.

Pretty good! We were given a room on the 33rd floor with an amazing view. The view alone is definitely worth the price! Just a heads-up, the bottled water in the room is only free for members; otherwise, it's 3 CAD per bottle. There's a convenience store downstairs, but it's quite expensive. I recommend bringing a few bottles of water with you before checking in. Save where you can, spend where you should!

The accommodation is great, and the view is wonderful. I paid extra on-site to upgrade to a higher floor, and it was definitely worth it. I wish there was an option to choose the floor beforehand.
