Small room, sink with open concept. Toilet bowl and shower separated. Individual that needs to do their business in the toilet and uses water to clean themselves rather than a tissue will have a hard time. Everything else was just dark, even the light doesnt really brighten up the room. Using google map, it lead me to another building rather than the hotel itself. And having to do our own check in online was a troublesome and uniquely unnecessary step. Which I found out that they can do it for you at the reception. Yup, just another troublesome hotel. This is just my opinion, but it was a nice stay with them.

This hotel is definitely worth a visit! Very kind personnel. Location is great and the rooms large, clean and equipped with all you need to spend a few days without missing your home. There are different options to have either lunch or dinner (yes, different restaurants that are part of the hotel), all serving very good food. Extremely friendly waiters/waitresses and breakfast was also above the average one you can find in Europe and superb compared to most hotels in the UK (for comparable price, of course). Price is very reasonable too, so I highly recommend this hotel to anyone spending some time at Nijmegen or around (is very close to train station too). Oh, just another point is that the music they play is great too!

Great hotel

Boutique hotel in the heart of Nijmegen. Room is very sleek and well appointed. I do appreciate the big tub in the room to soak all the stress away after a long day. I believe this hotel was once a church - not 100% sure but they sure do have lots of stairs and no elevator! So be warned for travelers with large suitcases, you will have to climb up narrow stairs to get to your room. I have stayed here twice now and both times I was lucky enough to get room 007 - maybe the only room with a small balcony. You can buy breakfast with your room, which I highly recommend. Their breakfast is located in the next building over, their sister’s hotel Manna. Location is perfect - 5 min away from city center.

Th hotel is lovely and in a great area of town. The check in process was to put it politely "not customer friendly". We had to use an iPad to enter every bit of information, while the clerk (who had a full keyboard and could do this many times faster than 2 fingers on a small iPad) watched and did not intervene to assist unless asked. During Covid, this might have been helpful, but these days, it is simply inefficient and unnecessary. The staff were uneven - some were great (the 2nd person who was at the desk was quite pleasant) Getting a glass of wine for our room was a bit of a trial, but the person who help with a morning refreshment was wonderful. All in all, some training and systmes improvement would make this a wonderful spot.

Lovely room, extremely comfortable bed and pillows, good quality coffee and water.

The hotel is a 12-mns walk from the train station and the Doornjoose concert hall, which was the purpose of my trip to Nijmegen. The Reception staff was friendly and welcoming (even wished me a happy birthday which was 5 days before...). The room was perfect, from cleanliness to equipment to size. The burger in the middle of the afternoon in the patio was delicious. 4 days later when being home, I noticed a discrepancy on the final price of my invoice; I contacted the Hotel and got a prompt and very professional answer within the next hour...and it was sorted. I travel a lot and this was one of the best places I have stayed at in a long time...Should I go back to Nijmegen for any reason, I would book a room there again in a heartbeat !
