Embassy Suites by Hilton Norman Hotel & Conference Center

This hotel needs new management. The hotel had a multitude of issues during our stay. Starting with the room - we requested that the room be serviced during our 3-day stay and it was never serviced. Trash was piling up in the room when we left. Also, the mattress was beyond its lifespan and did not afford a comfortable sleep. Second - the breakfast - which was AWFUL. They did not restock, so the food was not adequate, the staff (except for the ladies working the omelet bar) were not friendly and moved at the pace of a turtle. I can't blame them, as they were grossly understaffed. They definitely were not happy to be working under what I assume is poor management. The final straw - the broken elevators. On the morning that we checked out, two of the three elevators were out of service. Management and hotel staff did not offer solutions to guests as we (and many other guests) lugged baggage down flights of stairs to check out. Really? Good riddance! Won't be back. To the hotel owners - get new management before your asset goes to the dogs.

The absolute worst stay I have ever experienced. Right after breakfast opens the food was gone and not replaced for over 40 minutes. The coffee in the restaurant is not available until 6:30-7. The coffee maker in the room didnt work. Made a huge mess. Requested room service, towels and Tp several times by phone and in person. Never arrived. No food available during the entire day at the restaurant Its closed. Garbage piling up in the hallways and the ballroom. Disgusting. To top it off the elevators broke. We had to haul 17 loads down stairs to the vehicle. This was strenuous and costed us to be 3 hours late to our next destination. The hotel staff did absolutely nothing but offer me a free water and smiled. Passive aggressive staff. Didnt help People with their luggage that needed it to get down the stairs. We have People in our group that cant physically do it by themselves. After many hours they offered the use of the service elevator. So many People that you had to wait 30 minutes to get on it. No towels, TP cleaned Garbage cans makes for a terrible stay. Yes you can buy coffee at the gift shop but it should just be available in my opinion. They ran out of coffee at least 3 times per day and did not replace for hours. The hotel itself is beautiful. Definitely needs a new manager. Staff is no where to be found except 2 at the front desk and 3 at the bar. The breakfast area could use at least 4 more people or more efficient works. The rooms are nice but never get cleaned. Their were 2 signs to hang on the door for service or do not disturb. Meanwhile when I was checking out they said you had to request service? Well I did several times. Nobody ever came! They did nothing to make this experience better after spending about $1,500 to stay there. I will never stay at the Norman Oklahoma location again. The smells lofting from the rooms due to no cleaning service was horrible! You have to collect garbage People!!! Do better! Never saw an employee or Manager walking around checking on the Hotel.

The entire team, especially Scarlett, went above and beyond to help us have an amazing stay!!!! This may be the best hotel experience I’ve had thanks to Scarlett!!

Absolutely love this hidden sweet spot. The atmosphere is bright. Staffers Tina Marie snd Meagan were so inviting, friendly and fun. The best drink is caramel macchiato... a vanilla based with caramel!!! The espresso was not too bitter, Not too sweet but perfectly balance. And the blueberry muffin was fresh and delicious. Highly recommended. Checking them out.

First let me state that as a Diamond Member we only stay within Hilton. Embassy Suites is one of our favorites, some locations are better than others. This location overall is way above the median particularly with check in and receiving Diamond status benefits. Our room was clean, cool, and comfortable. Breakfast was superior with everything being fresh, abundant and staff going out of their way to ensure hotel guests enjoyed the food. The evening reception and bar service was the very opposite of all these things.

Price is great and breakfast is amazing!!! Pretty esthetics just older but kept up and clean.

The breakfast was great! So many options, and juice selection too. I was able to take my coffee to go :)

The rooms were clean and nice and love the separation between the living and sleeping area. The breakfast buffet was fantastic as well!
