Nice and clean

We booked this spot as a last minute resort for a convention at the hotel across the street. It was great! Plentiful space and very clean, uptight rooms/common areas. We did not use any of the amenities as it was only one night, but breakfast looked pretty pleasing! If we ever needed a place to stay again, this would definitely be a great consideration.

The staff was helpful. the hotel was clean, everything worked as expected. Breakfast was good and the food fresh. The coffee machine that grinds the beans before brewing the coffee was outstanding! We enjoyed our stay.

The hot tub did not work, the water was too cold to get in. The carpets were staind, the side door to get in with my key did not work. This is the 2nd time Holiday Inn Express has disappointed me.

My daughter had reserved multiple rooms at this hotel for out-of-town guests to stay during her wedding the weekend of March 21, '26. These guests included her many friends and family. The 3 family rooms were NOT tended to, at all. One room had missing lightbulbs in the lamps. Another had holes all over the walls and what looked to be a defunct, carbon monoxide detector. My room was filthy; stains of blood or feces on the shower curtain. A leaking bathtub that spilled water under the wall and soaked the bedroom. Spots that hadn't been dusted in ions. A broken coffee machine that was never replaced, for the front desk said, "We're phasing them out". A missing coffee table in the suite living room. Empty soap & shampoo bottles. Outside of the rooms only 1 elevator worked. Only 2 ice machines worked in a hotel of 4 floors. The pool was filthy & unusable. Doors that couldnt' be accessed from the outside, for the keyfab machines were broken. Plus, a night attendent who turned all the lights off at the front desk, to appear no one was there to help guests, while he was hunched over in the corner doing nothing but scrolling on his phone. I gave this hotel 2 stars for the breakfast provided was always warm & fresh, even if parts of the dining room hadn't been dusted in years. This hotel should really just shut down, sell and find a buyer who is really interested in hospitality. Should we need a group block of rooms in Norman, again? It will NOT be this Holiday Inn Express.

Great location and fantastic staff. Caden was awesome and went above and beyond. Highly recommend it.

Clean room but shampoo dispenser had fallen off wall and wasn’t repaired and one line of grout in the shower was mildew so either needed to be cleaned better or replaced grout. Other than that great experience.

Pool never had towels stocked. Hotel never disclosed that jets on hot tub were broken. When notifying manager of broken equipment I was scolded and treated like a child. Manager physically walked me over to the button and physically showed me that it was broken. Offered no solution and/or concerns for the comfort of my stay.
