Studio 6 Extended Stay Oklahoma City Norman OK

I had to pay a $50 deposit for a room, and was told that I would recieve that refund back the day that I checked out. That's a lie. It's been two days since I checked out, and have not recieved my refund yet. They just want some extra money in their pockets. Until Studio 6 overtook this hotel you did not have to pay a deposit. There are better hotels out there. I do not recommend this hotel for sure!

The general manager was very impatient, abrasive, and unwilling to work with us. Refused an 2 week rental refund all because we booked through **********. Stated that she needed to run a business which apparently in Norman Oklahoma you need screw your customers out of their money every chance you get. You belong there, miserable b!t€h..

The lady that works there when I stayed up front was very friendly and helpful

Friendly staff, clean room, kitchenette with a microwave, stovetop, and full size fridge. Great for extended stay.

Clean and quiet. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good location for OU games.

The room was clean, beds were not so comfortable. Honestly the worst part of the stay was the hallways and and elevator. It reeked of cigarette smoke. The front area where they smoke didnt smell as bad as the elevator.

I was very impressed with this extended stay hotel. Room perfect.

the room was just okay, could have been cleaner. the staff was friendly upon check-in. the bed was terrible and there could have been a chair, other than the kitchen chair, to sit on. made the stay uncomfortable to have to sit on the bed or the hard chair. there were people in the other room arguing in the middle of the night. our room was close to the exit door so we could here the door open and slam everytime someone would go out the door. overall, not a comfortable stay.
