Holiday Inn Express TOLEDO-OREGON by IHG

Location is ugly and boring. Atmosphere is bad. Room atmosphere is good. Rooms are nice. Can’t beat the value. Cleanliness is good. Not noisy. Good service. WiFi is trash.

Stayed here for a local event that I attended. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. Definitely a few steps up from the Choice Hotels family of brands!

The ac sucks I paid a lot of money for a week's stay i should be able to control the air conditioner. The first room they put me in the air conditioner didn't even work i called the front desk. They moved me to another room. The second room is automatically controlled the wall unit is set to 64⁰ it won't go any lower , so in the middle of the night , the unit shuts itself off it gets very hot and uncomfortable in there you have to wait for the room temperature to go up uncomfortably in order for it to come back on. I have severe Asthma. I couldn't breathe throughout the night. The room is hot and very uncomfortable. When booking this hotel , their website shows a hot tub and it's even listed in the amenities side when I get here, there's no hot tub here.It was removed. They should have updated their website my 1st time booking this hotel and last booked through a site not refundable so lesson learned

Good location. I don’t care about the small TV(maybe a 28 or 3” inch). However the only channels available are local. No ESPN etc. What is most bothersome, is that the AC/heater control is analog. You do nit know what temperature the room is set at. And the fan- you either leave it on to have heat, and in doing so it blows all might without auto sensing and stopping, or you leave it off and have the heater off. Management- please fix this issue.

No elevator today was down Older people at the third floor needed some help with their luggage’s Next time something like this happens,be prepared with staff to help people. The place was nice and clean, breakfast was good maybe some improvements 4 1/2 ⭐️

We stayed in Toledo for 5 days while my daughter is doing her clinicals at a nearby hospital. Our stay at the hotel was very nice. The hotel is clean and staff is friendly and very helpful.

Great hotel, staff was great, amenities were constantly restocked, pool was chilly but nice. The hot tub would have been nice, but it no longer exists. Overall great hotel with great staff and pool, but no hot tub.

Just stayed one night on our way back from our travels, but it was a very nice stay. I personally enjoyed exercising in the small gym and swimming with my family in the pool. Also, the lady who was on staff at breakfast time was very helpful in helping us find safe food options since we have dietary restrictions.

Room was clean, breakfast was great! The premises was kept clean. I would Stay here again. The building itself seems older, but they have done a good job of updating it and keeping it clean.
