Courtyard Owatonna Downtown

We come to Owatonna often on our way to Rochester. This courtyard is always wonderful. It is clean, the staff is wonderful and on this trip in particular Adrian went above and beyond. She was kind, helpful, professional and overall just fantastic! We appreciate the hospitality and look forward to staying again!

Room was Great. Both of them. They put us on the wrong floor. And did not give us our Food/Beverage Credit. We had to go back to Front Desk and a different Agent helps us.

Clean facilities. Easy parking. Convenient to shops and dining via car or walking. A delightful town and hotel.

Staff was great, particularly the manager. Common area was a great design

The hotel is beautiful, the bed was super comfy. The AC isn't accurate. I had it turned down to 66, at home I sleep at 72 and didn't sleep great because I was so hot. Otherwise, the property itself and the staff were great.

Titanium Status with this Marriott means nothing. Don’t bother staying. I was there for business and have stayed there the last 4 years. I was placed right in the middle of a wedding block. Called down at 11:42 pm on Friday to complain about the extremely loud group, I was told to give them a while because they just got back. They were up until after 2 am, which meant that I was as well. Got 3.5 hours of sleep. Looked for a cart at 6:30am - none available. They only had 2 and the front desk attendant said it was probably the wedding party that had the carts. Other than Evelyn, you can tell that the entire staff that works the desk would much rather be somewhere else. They were not interested in helping anyone that came to ask for help. Elderly people were having to make multiple trips with their bags. Zero carts and obviously zero help from any staff. Manager was rude or flat out non-existent. Asked to be moved on Saturday which they did, however they put me directly below the same group I wanted to be away from. The ONLY reason I gave this experience a 2 is because it was clean. Hilton is looking pretty good for next year.

We loved our stay and would gladly go back!

This is probably the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. We will be staying here again when we travel through the area.
