Great stay, comfy and clean, my only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower, other than that everything was great.

Really nice clean hotel for a staycation for Mother’s Day! Clean and comfy rooms, close to tons of shopping, food and movies!

Detrice was very professional and kind and friendly, very clean and quite place.

There was a bed to sleep in. I didnt like that the staff was rude and unwelcoming. The room was outdated and over priced. It was our 14th anniversary. The staff made it clear they did not care they did not want to be there. We have stayed at the Hotel in Katy and never had a problem. We will not be staying here again.

Family Trip The hotel was in the center of everything, very convenient. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, staff were friendly, there was no disturbing noises in the hallways. I’ll definitely stay here again.

There was a roach in my room. Began spraying insecticide around bedding. Had to change rooms in the middle of the night.

It was a great experience! Our suite was roomy, clean, and the bed was so comfortable! Friendly and helpful staff, too. It gets our seal of approval and will recommend it to family and friends!

Front desk help was cheerful and attentive. The rooms were very clean and thought was put into everything from the folding of the towels (even the kitchen towels) to the cute additions to the kleenex and toilet paper rolls.
