Riversuites at the Battery

very very spacious room, nice people, nice breakfast, wonderful view and river walk, recommend to families!

I'm a bit frustrated. I stayed for two nights, and when I came back to the room around 5:00 PM on the second day, I found that housekeeping hadn't been done at all. I tried to call the front desk to ask for some water, but the phone in the room was broken. So I went downstairs to the front desk in person. They only gave me two small bottles—just 296ml each—even though on the check-in day, there were at least five bottles of the same size in the room. When I asked for more, they refused. The service attitude was also pretty underwhelming. The next day, we had to wait another fifteen minutes at the restaurant just to get our breakfast served. Overall, the service at this hotel is really poor – they really need to show more enthusiasm. (And on top of that, they even forgot to clean our room!)

The heating did not work but i like the room, very hygiene. I did a comfortable shower!

Great place with very polite and friendly staff. I work in the power generation industry and to stay in a retired coal fired plant was very cool. Room is spacious, very convenient location. Not quite enough parking but we always found a spot.

Great room, easy parking, short walk to Fishtown for a meal and concert. Would definitely go again.

A beautiful hotel, spacious suite, and helpful staff. Brandon at the front desk was so kind and gave us a free upgrade. We had view of the river yet even if you don’t have a room with view, just step outside and there is a nice park and trail along the water.

Vanessa was excellent during check in. Hotel is kind of hidden off busy blvd. It is unique in appearance. Room was a loft with large living room space. Complimentary snacks were available in the room. Nice kitchen area. Parking is a challenge. Fantastic value. I will definitely stay here in the future.
