Hotel staff were helpful. The plumbing is old. Our bethtub didn’t drain properly. Our phone didn’t work. They fixed both. Bar is nice. Hotel has a little convenience store too. The bed was really comfortable.

Second time staying here — the hotel itself is clean and very comfortable, the rooms are well equipped. Breakfast is pretty good. This time around we had a bit of a struggle at check in which also caused a problem at breakfast the next day. The lady who checked us in (Megan) asked me four (4) times if I needed parking and didn’t seem to believe me when I kept saying no. She also told us our room wasn’t ready even though we checked in at 4pm, an hour after check-in time, and told us we’d need to take a 2 queen room instead of a king room. I told her we’d rather wait for a king room because that’s what we paid for, and lo and behold, suddenly she had one. We paid for breakfast with our stay, but she forgot to give us tickets for breakfast. Made it very awkward when we went to breakfast the next day and had to insist that we’d paid for breakfast. They still gave us a bill for breakfast, but then after talking to the front desk realized it was a mistake. They were kind, but it was still very awkward having to defend the fact that we’d paid for breakfast already. They said we were the second group that day which the front desk had forgotten to give breakfasttickets to. All in all, aside from the people and the awkwardness caused, it was a good stay. We’ll hope for better service next time we come back.

Room smelled bad. Before called front desk, I received a message from the hotel and asked for if everything was good. So I reported smell in the room and she told me house service would clean it up. And smell was gone after I returned to my hotel room.

Good location for visiting most attractions. Clean, comfortable rooms. Onsite marketplace is handy for basic breakfast and snacks.

Was a good experience. A little disappointed on room service as it closes at 10pm .. The welcome cookies were awesome !!! Over all it was a good experience

Great location, close to everything. Reasonable price for parking. Nice stay for us.
