The hotel’s main advantage is its convenient location. It works well if you need to stay in central Philadelphia for business or meetings, especially for one or two nights. The room was quiet enough and the internet connection was good, which made it practical for work. However, the facilities feel somewhat dated and not fully maintained. The hotel does not feel old exactly, but it also does not feel fresh or recently renovated. There was also a slight sense of humidity in some areas. The layout is a little inconvenient. The lobby is not on the ground floor, so you need to take one lift to reach reception and then another lift to get to the rooms. Since the lifts are small, there can be waiting time, especially on weekends when there are many guests. The bathroom was adequate but not very spacious. The lobby itself is interesting, but it could also benefit from better maintenance. Overall, the hotel feels a bit overpriced for the level of facilities and upkeep. I would recommend it mainly for business travelers who need a convenient and quiet place to sleep for a short stay. It is not a hotel I would choose for enjoying the hotel experience itself, but it is practical enough if location is your priority.

Wonderful location, within walking distance from all the main attractions of the city. The rooms are also decent, pretty good price for what you get.

Hotel is in the center of the city, close to metro station. Staff were very kind and helpful. Hotel has all the services you need including laundry. Hotel is clean though the hotel seems a bit outdated. The price quality ration is very good

Basic Club Quarters hotel. Great for a night or two. Decent gym.
