Trisara Villas & Residences Phuket

The sea view is great, and the villa's room type is also good. However, the hotel's service started strong but ended poorly. After the manager checked out, some said they'd be dropped off at the boarding gate, while others contradicted that, saying it was only to the check-in counter. Secondly, the hotel's butler often wouldn't reply to WeChat messages for one or two hours. Thirdly, I paid a full day's room rate for a late check-out, yet they didn't even change the trash can that day, which is a bit much. As a top luxury hotel in the area, and especially since only 4 out of 30+ villas were occupied during my stay, they absolutely had enough staff to take good care of guests, ensuring a pleasant arrival and departure. Instead, it was a mess. They completely botched a good hand. The funniest part is that they unilaterally decided on the airport drop-off times in writing; guests should decide when to go to the airport. How can a hotel decide for the guest and even put it in writing? I truly don't understand their thinking. The service awareness really needs improvement. The dining also had issues; the fruit they served tasted like other food, probably because raw and cooked items weren't separated. The F&B director, a foreign Frenchman, didn't apologize but instead tried to sell their hotel coffee to guests. What was supposed to be a happy trip ended up being a complete disaster. I think it's safer to stay with chain hotel brands. I will definitely not come a second time.

Excellent choice!
