Towel with lipstick on it from previous guest; shoes actually stuck to the carpet in one area AND bathroom floor; cracked window; cracked sink bowl; only USB port in the room didn’t work. This is the MOST disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. The carpet hasn’t been cleaned in at least 10 years. We would not have even checked in but IHG would have charged us a $100 cancellation fee! I was finally able to reach them the following day and got a two night refund on the three night prepaid reservation. IGH is also terrible to work with - customer service had me in hold for 25 minutes before disconnecting me. Overall it was a terrible experience all around.

Stayed at this hotel as a conference I was attending was being held there. The food was good. My room seemed clean. There were people talking loudly in the hallway one night around 10PM. The biggest issue was the air conditioning was not working. They offered free cancellation to anyone who chose to leave. I stayed with a fan that they provided being I had unloaded all my belongings and just didn't have it in me to try to find another option. The entire building was hot. Would have appreciated some type of discount on the stay or maybe some free drinks from the bar.

Christina was amazing. She was super helpful cordial and always had a smile. We will come back again just for her.

I stay here a lot my shower was cold. I talked to hospitality and they said they’d fix it. It was still cold, but Jade was the anchor good food good conversation and I appreciate this place.

Room was filthy, had mold, strong mildew smell made me sick, & housekeeping clean. Had to clean shower, countertops, drawers, & tabletops myself. Stains and spatter on walls, baseboards, chair, recliner, ottoman, mini-fridge cabinet & light switches. Front desk staff didn't care, acted like I was being difficult. Was made so sick by mold infestation in room I couldn't function for days. Housekeeping entered my room hourly when I booked a late check out, waking me up after a night of insomnia. Repeatedly asked for management to resolve the issue or contact me — especially when they downgraded me to a queen from a king & didn't adjust the price — but they never did. Found mold behind the peeling wallpaper in bathroom right after I packed up to leave. Thermostat doesn't work. Could be a wonderful hotel if they made all rooms habitable & had housekeeping actually clean rooms. Front desk staff, other than one kind young woman, were quick to anger, roll their eyes, & blame guests for their "complaints." I've never had such a horrible experience at a hotel in my entire life. Not even at a Super 8. This hotel needs new ownership because it's being left to rot. They only care about large companies & conventions that book out the hotel for their events. Don't even try to hide their apathy for regular hotel guests. One employee literally laughed at my ADA Accomidation request, after not giving me the handicapped accessible room I booked. I was put in physical pain & humiliated.
