Les Lofts St-Pierre - Par Les Lofts Vieux-Québec

A very comfortable stay at this clean apartment! Walking distance to many places of interest. Many restaurants around the hotel too. In case you have big luggages, there’s a dated lift inside the hotel. Access into the hotel, as well as the unit, will be via the access code provided by the hotel on the day of check-in. Hotel is responsive to the questions I had via the Trip chat with the hotel. Overall booking experience on Trip has been excellent!

Was great. The only thing I recommend is turning one of the apartments into a gym. Otherwise it was great place to stay. Also inside manual locks in the rooms are missing. So thankfully Quebec is safer than other cities.

The loft was spacious. The design was contemporary and it matched the romantic and chill vibe of Quebec City. Public car park was nearby. The lightings, the furniture, beds were comfortable and clean. The amenities were adequate and new. We loved the loft so much! Perfect location with most of the major attractions within walkable distance. Room rate is not cheap but it was worth the price. It would be perfect if detergent was also provided as there was washer and dryer. This accomodation was highly recommended.

Excellent location

Advantages: prime location in Old Quebec neighborhood within walking distance of most of the main attractions (be prepared to walk up hills though!). The building is very unique and has a lot of charm, especially from the outside. It is nice to have two floors and big open spaces. However . . . Drawbacks: there is very little privacy in the unit - even slight sounds travels to all corners. There is an office across the street and you wake up to see office workers with easy view into your unit. The massive windows in our unit are nice natural light when you want to be awake but if you're trying to sleep when the sun is out, there are no blinds over them so expect to be up early. The bunk room is tiny - we couldn't fit a pack-n-play in it and also shut the door and nowhere to store bags inside. The worst part about the "hotel" is that there is no reception - no one working there. So this means you lose all the general advantages of a hotel over an Airbnb/vacation rental - they won't activate your entry code until the exact check-in time so forget about the standard hotel practice of holding your bags at the reception until the room is ready (they will try to upsell you on a separate place to hold your luggage, though!). We asked via text and phone to have a crib ready in our room and were assured they would multiple times, only to find none available when we arrived. We were lucky a cleaner was around, who promptly dumped a pack-n-play in our apartment - had to track him down again to get sheets. The accommodations are spartan - no dish towel, no sponge, no paper towels. The unit was not very clean either - my feet were black after walking around for five minutes and the sheets had stains on them. Overall disappointing for the price paid, even if the location is excellent.
