Overall the hotel is great , however , its in isolated location and you will need 20 to 30 mins drive to reach to any destination.

After returning from abroad, I had the pleasure of visiting The Ritz-Carlton Rabat, Dar Es Salam,and as always, it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and the impeccable attention to detail that the Ritz-Carlton is known for. The staff made me feel not just like a guest, but like family — always anticipating my needs with grace and genuine hospitality. The hotel’s grounds are absolutely stunning, a peaceful haven surrounded by lush greenery and elegant Moroccan architecture that blends luxury with tradition. My suite was a perfect mix of comfort and sophistication, with every element designed to offer a serene and indulgent stay. While the service has always been outstanding, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the culinary experience has reached new heights.The food was not just delicious — it was memorable. Every dish, from breakfast to dinner, was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The ingredients were fresh, the variety impressive, and the chefs clearly passionate about their craft.

I’ve stayed in many five-star hotels around the world, but The Ritz-Carlton Dar es Salaam is truly one of the best experiences of my life. This hotel is absolutely unbelievable not just because of the property itself, but because of the incredible team that makes it so special. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled with care and attention to detail. The staff are 100% focused, professional, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They make sure every little thing goes perfectly and that every guest feels at home. A special mention to Mr. Mustafa, the Front of House Manager what a brilliant professional! Even though my room wasn’t ready early, he made sure I was comfortable and enjoying the hotel. Mustafa and his front desk team are exceptional friendly, helpful, and efficient. As a Les Clefs d’Or Concierge from Ireland, I was especially proud to meet one of my brothers, Youssef, the concierge with the Golden Keys here at The Ritz-Carlton. Youssef, you and your team are amazing. You made me feel like family, and I will never forget that. Please share my gratitude with everyone the bellmen, drivers, and all the public area team members. You all make the Ritz-Carlton shine. The housekeeping team also deserves a huge thank you. The suite was spotless and beautifully maintained. You can feel the hard work and dedication behind the scenes truly world-class service. During my stay, I had dinner at Rihla Restaurant, where I met Mohamed, Afras, Kautar, and Ahmed all wonderful people who made our meal so enjoyable. I love Moroccan food, and they went above and beyond by preparing lamb and chicken tagine especially for me, even though it wasn’t on the menu. That gesture touched me deeply. It was honestly the best tagine I’ve ever had in my life! At the Blind Tiger Bar, I met Yasin, a true professional with great knowledge and passion. He creates incredible cocktails and treats every guest like a VIP. I also want to thank the amazing Palapa team everyone there was attentive, friendly, and made sure every moment by the pool felt special. You can see how proud they are to represent the Ritz-Carlton name. And finally, I have to highlight the breakfast team. Every single one of them is amazing, but there’s one person I’ll never forget Aymane. This man is a legend. He truly loves what he does, and it shows in the way he takes care of guests. He deserves recognition for his passion and excellence. To everyone at The Ritz-Carlton Dar es Salaam: thank you for making me feel at home, for your smiles, your professionalism, and your kindness. You’ve created memories that will stay with me forever. This was my first stay, but definitely not my last.
