When I say that the the place I walked down the hallway I was getting strong smell of mold and I looked around to see where I could see the mold and it was a very very strong odor walking down the hallway my room with 125

Check in was a breeze. Bre at the front desk was very helpful and attentive. The hotel is being renovated and we were checked into a remodelled room. For the price it was ok. Stayed there for 4 days. Breakfast was pretty good. Hotel needs to look into getting exterminating services. Just remember you get what you pay for. I will not stay here again. If you want a cheap place to stay, this is the place.

I signed up for digital key and did not receive it. I signed up for a specific room and did not receive it. Why ask to choose my room and you end up changing it???? The smoke alarm light was blinking, and I ask that they change the battery and they never did. Didn't want the alarm start beeping in the middle of the night. I stayed 3 night. The lid to the commode was up as if someone used it looking at the toilet paper.

After staying here for 20 years, we will never go back. Beware of the graduated curb out front because you can fall and bust your knees, chin and head the hotel does not give a crap. There’s no accountability no concern no follow up nothing. Not to mention that the faucet in the shower, when you turnthe handle, it falls off the wall, and the breakfast pans were always empty And the under construction is a nuisance. There are much better options out there. I would give zero stars if I could. Hotel management has a chip his shoulder like he is above any kind of accountability for his attitude or lack of action. The lack of care and concern and safety for their guest is at the bottom of the list. Attached is my knee. I didn’t want to put my face on here but my chin looks about like that and my eyebrow has a big marble size knot. I will literally be scared for life. Additionally since it is a franchise, corporate was no better either.

No maid service to clean room overnight ( they don't speak English). Place is a mess traipsing to the elevator through construction. Huge noisy air fan greets you. Breakfast is an inedible disaster. Light bulb out in already dark bedroom. No fan in bathroom. Complained and did receive a bottle of water and Lorna Dunn cracker. Phone in room broken. Pool closed

The lobby and breakfast area are being remodeled, so if you have a passed group there's no place to gather. It would have been nice to be notified of this at the time of booking.

My husband and I stayed four nights and we were very satisfied with the room and the service overall. The cookies at the front desk daily was delicious, and the hot breakfast every day was delightful! Very satisfied with our stay , and would definitely rebook in the future.

When we checked in to our rooms, our daughter reported “brown water” coming out of the faucet in the bathroom. It then wouldn’t drain. We called the front desk and they immediately gave her a different room. Everyone working at the property was exceptionally nice. Aside from the water issue, our stay was great.

The room was clean. The breakfast was freshly cooked and hot. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was construction but it was not noisy. The construction area was well roped off. I would gladly stay again.
