Holiday Inn Express & Suites BOSTON SOUTH - RANDOLPH by IHG

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was fresh, full of variety and ample. The parking lot felt relatively safe as I had to return late a couple of the nights I was there.

Smoke detector was like a strobe light in room until I reset it. Staff refused to help them threatened me with a fine when I did it myself. Breakfast was late, and staff complained when I knocked on door to open. Very rude. Quality of food was sub par

Property is clean, staff are presents and helpful. But staff issues should be discussed in a staff room, not in front of the clients or in the lobby.

The staff were great and the hotel was well kept. I enjoyed my stay and may go back for one of my business trips

The hotel was very clean and new looking. The two queen beds room was quite spacious and had an area with a pull out couch and a chair. Breakfast in the morning had both hot and cold options and a very nice seating area. I was very pleased with my stay snd would highly recommend.

The room that was assigned to me shouldn’t have been since it clearly was still under renovation. The ceiling in the bathroom was patched up and the shower was missing the middle part of the hardware. The room was cleaned and the dirty towels was rolled up and place on the shelf that was outside of the bathroom. It was extremely noisy Saturday night and the guests above me must forgot that they wasn’t home with all the jumping and stomping over my head. When I went to my family’s room the ceiling paint was hanging in the shower.

Room was clean and very well kept. Staff are very knowledgeable and professional. Breakfast is standard. There’s parking within the hotel premises.
