Sonesta Simply Suites Seattle Renton

Very nice suite, even with a full kitchen~ The welcome popcorns truly warm my heart~ We only stay overnight to catch the early flight. The free airport shuttle service is great~ They can even take you to nearby town for food and drink. Definitely on top of my choice based on the price value!

Unfortunately, the beds and pillows weren’t very comfortable. The room conditions were so ok, but its probably about time the rooms get updated.

Beds were very confortable and was very nice to have a kitchen, specially when traveling with family for sports. Furniture definitely needs to be upgraded, sofa and chair in living room area definitely need to be cleaned. Our shower towels were stained, requested to get clean ones but there was no room service, had to go to front desk to get them, which was a little inconvenient being front desk was in a whole different building.

When I reserved the room on **********, the website claimed that the minimum age to check in would be 18. However when it came time to check in I was told I could not do so since I am not above the minimum age of 21. Sonesta refused to cancel my reservation or refund me for this so my girlfriend and I were left without a hotel room for the night.

The start was a bit tough when our room request due to handicap and service dog was not met. Dianne at the desk the next morning got us moved into a wonderful room that met our needs. She also covered our parking as a we're sorry. The facility is nice, clean, and I can't say enough about the staff. I would recommend staying here to anybody.

It’s an older hotel with decent cleanliness. The appliances were old and some were broken. The front desk sold me a frozen meal that had been previously thawed and was moldy before it was refrozen. There are three buildings at the hotel and one is a different hotel with almost exactly the same name, which confused several people trying to check in and caused a decent amount of wasted time. There is no continental breakfast. It was quiet, which was nice. There are not many places to walk to nearby for food or services. The price was fine. The staff was fine.

A nice room with a great shower. We should have checked before hand tho… no EV charger.
