I am extremely grateful to the hotel's Golden Key Brown, for bringing me a pleasant and unforgettable stay experience. I came to Xiongan New Area on a business trip. Brown provided me with a great deal of assistance, ensuring that my travels went smoothly. He arranged an airport pick-up service for me. Since the driver couldn't speak English, Brown thoughtfully provided a Chinese-English translation card for communication with the driver. He also arranged in advance the room type that I liked. The hotels in China are highly intelligent, and I really like Chinese hotels.Brown also prepared welcome fruits and a welcome letter for me. The welcome letter provided a detailed introduction to every part of the hotel, which I could refer to whenever I needed. The hotel covers a very large area and has numerous business premises. The content of the welcome letter was of great help to me. The hotel also offers free rides on sightseeing vehicles, and the scenery here is extremely beautiful. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Xiongan International Hotel for their warm hospitality.

整體非常滿意。預訂的是豪華套房，入住時酒店主動免費升級到行政套房，行政禮遇兑換了免費自助晚餐
無論是晚餐還是早餐自助，餐食都非常豐富，晚餐趕上了東南亞美食節，很多東南亞特色美食、甜品，海鮮品種也是很多，吃到走不動了，小孩子吃了各種各樣的甜品超級開心
房間衞生、服務都足夠五星級標準。酒店佔地面積很大，綠化植被做得很好，有很多景觀設計，在酒店裡散散步非常愜意
整體入住體驗是很滿意的一次！

【內部環境&衞生】整體來説還是不錯的，基礎房間面積達 48 平方米，空間寬敞，佈局合理。畢竟是新開不久的酒店，電器設備自動化程度高，不需插卡取電，房內電器設備自動打開，為客人提供了便利，同時也體現了酒店的智能化和現代化。*但是空調真是一塌糊塗，屋裡又熱又幹，沒幫發製冷，衹能關空調開窗户緩解，這點【差評】！還有就是能否在廁所放一個垃圾桶，這樣更加方便。
【外部環境】酒店佔地面積特別大，酒店整體為中式園林風格，與周圍自然環境完美結合，彷彿是一座大型園林。綠樹成蔭、花香四溢，湖水碧波蕩漾，亭台樓榭、粉牆黛瓦，營造出瞭如詩如畫的意境，讓人彷彿置身於江南水鄉或古代園林之中，每一步都是風景，非常適合散步和放鬆身心。
【硬件設施】酒店配備了健身房、游泳池等休閑設施，其他羽毛球、網球、兵乓球等需要按照小時付費。8號樓配了一整棟親子樂園，酒店房客打折。
【服務方面】酒店的服務人員態度熱情，無論是前台接待、引導入住，還是在餐廳、休閑娛樂區域的服務，都能讓客人感受到貼心的關懷。嬰兒床特別的貼心，但是床檔不足還需後期優化。
【餐飲方面】自助早餐種類中西式兼具，食物顏值較高，能夠滿足不同客人的口味需求。老豆腐、煎餅果子、油條、粥品、餛飩、炒麪、炒飯、炒菜，各種精緻的麪包及水果等。有寶寶椅。
【綜合】整體來説還是不錯的，可以算是出京周邊遊不錯的選擇。也希望酒店繼續保持高品質，越辦越好！

不錯的一次體驗，各方面都是五顆星。管家Cheney服務周到貼心，提前致電聯繫房間需求，安排的不錯。酒店房間空間大，相對寬敞。房間內設施完備，可以説設施也很新，很在線。戴森的吹風機，浴室配備大浴缸等。房間入住體驗感很棒，值得入住。酒店是園林式的大酒店，酒店外圍園區被綠植和貴賓別墅樓圍繞，園林環境很美，空氣清新。週末出行首選，位置優越，悠閑勝地！

外部環境：酒店有中式園林的秀美，也有北方的莊重和格調。酒店園林設計獨特，園林佔地面積大，四周都是樹木，中間有一個很大的人工湖，湖邊上風景很美，散步散心值得推薦。內部環境：酒店內部環境現代高端有格調，大堂有送物機器人，還能聞到香薰的味道。賓客關係部Cheney提前溝通房間需求，安排了不錯的房間，服務也好。房間內設施齊全，衞生整潔。房間舒適度挺高的，佈局看着舒服。總體來説還是不錯的！

很少入住後評價，先説優點吧：1、關注了很久的這家酒店，之前沒有訂房是因為了解到沒有床圍欄，孩子較小睡覺不踏實，沒有床圍欄是個硬傷，後來最近一個月週末連刷雄安辛瑪公園，打算住一晚，後來又聯繫了酒店➕看最近的酒店評價，居然有了床圍欄，但是先到先得不接受預訂，火速就定了酒店，11.2-11.3入住的，趕上北京11.2上午京雄高速封路，高速一解封就趕緊過來了，到酒店發現床圍欄已幫忙安裝，這點點贊；2、園區很大，我們定的套房包含天鵝堡，第二天帶孩子去玩了，感覺不錯，夠小一些的寶寶玩耍的了，提個建議：蹦蹦床區域有個裸露的小洞口，建議填充；3、園區內擺渡車很方便去，園林景觀很不錯，環境乾淨，特別推薦大草坪上的鞦韆和露營區，孩子玩的很高興；4、晚上因室內氣温過高，聯繫前台解決，客房部➕工程部相應較快（雖然最後也沒解決問題）；下面説硬傷吧，1.前台説整個酒店就6個床圍欄，自稱不是親子酒店所以沒有配備很多，我覺得是這樣，我們去了一次覺得酒店應該還是在意親子家庭的出遊體驗，床圍欄不貴，這個檔次的酒店也不低了，建議多配備一些床圍欄，給帶娃家庭多一些便利（適當收費可接受）；2.最大問題：酒店過渡季空調太太太熱了！！我們白天開窗➕晚上開窗都不管用！後來要的電風扇！工程部和客房部説是當晚貴賓樓還是什麼樓很冷，所以開空調了，我覺得這個不是原因，沒間屋都有獨立的控制面板，但是控制面板沒有作用？是設計問題還是工作人員不會操作？後來維修部溝通的開冷水機組製冷，但是夜裡12點了還是沒有任何作用！上門也修了很久，到夜裡12點了孩子困的不行了，最後衹能要電風扇➕開窗！哦，對了，我們定的套房，兩個屋子的布簾都下不來，卡住了…工程部修窗簾➕琢磨空調…最後孩子睡覺就穿了個紙尿褲還會出汗，太誇張了，真切希望酒店能解決這個大問題！如果沒有空調這個問題，我覺得這個酒店可以評100分，但是空調問題不解決應該不會再去了（工程部和客房部員工很稱職，感謝當晚來幫忙解決問題的工作人員！謝謝）
