I would say the location is very close to Zuidplein shopping mall and really peaceful since it's next to a park. Hotel well designed and rooms were nice, clean

The price is incredibly competitive, the rooms are well-equipped, and the views are absolutely stunning. Breakfast was generous, and dinner was delicious. Most of the staff I encountered were incredibly warm and friendly.

It is a nice place to stay in Rotterdam with a more affordable price. The room is well soundproofed, we didn’t be wake up by noise from outside of the room indoor or outdoor. It also got a nice view from the room with the magical sky. The smart tv having YouTube and Netflix app which we could login our own account, but the most impressive thing is the free channel to watch World Cup during our stay! Although the hotel is not located around the city centre of Rotterdam, it is only 15mins train to it. The hotel is located just at the start of a huge park, we spent lots of the just chilling and took a little walk there every day. There is a large indoor mall just a crossing away, different brands of everything are there. Even not going to city centre, we could enjoy ourselves in this neighbourhood for 3-4days. When the time we stayed in this hotel, the event venue Rotterdam Ahoy didn’t have any shows, it might be quite different it has one. Anyway, we enjoyed the stay here with the quiet environment.

Nice, stylish lobby and a great location. Parking is far too expensive as there's no private parking lot. Even after checking in online, there was still a long queue for the key. The room had no instructions and no extras like a bottle of water. No fridge for medication! Kids were playing and running in the hallway! Noisy rooms, though the sound insulation from outside is good. The mattress is comfortable but had lint that was easily felt through the bed linen.

The room is nice, it was clean when we checked in. But every day we had to ask them to clean it and change the towels. Otherwise, they didn't. Even when we asked them to clean, all they did was pull the top cover of the bed.

Had a room that smelled like smoke and complained to the front desk. 1.5 later at 11pm I got a new room and could move my belongings to finaly be able to catch some sleep. 2nd room smelled a lot better
