Yunmen 5 Seasons Argyle Resort Hotel

The hotel management is excellent, and the sports facilities are abundant. We had a great time playing badminton with the kids. It's also very convenient being close to the scenic area. They even had fireworks at night during the National Day holiday.

Another review already mentioned that service could be improved, so I'll focus on the positives here. The breakfast is decent, and an extra portion costs 18. However, my friend said that initially, they were asked to pay 50 per person, and it was only later reduced to 18. Perhaps they size up their customers before quoting prices. The restaurant doesn't have large round tables. I wanted to eat nearby, but there were no round tables available.

The room was spacious and bright, making for a very comfortable and peaceful stay. It was lovely to brew a pot of black tea and sit by the floor-to-ceiling window, enjoying the view. The breakfast was rich and tasty, and the coffee was good too.

My experience at Yunmen 5 Seasons Yage Resort was absolutely perfect! It's super convenient to get around, being very close to Yunmen Mountain and Yunmen Temple. The room was spacious and clean, and the KingKoil mattress made for a very comfortable sleep. The floor-to-ceiling window offered beautiful views of the mountains and countryside. The facilities are comprehensive, including an indoor basketball court, yoga room, and self-service laundry room. There are even charging stations for electric vehicles. The staff were warm and polite, breakfast was plentiful, and the garden and metasequoia camp were fantastic for photos. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Ruyuan! ✨

Facilities: Comprehensive and user-friendly. Cleanliness: Excellent, housekeeping does a fantastic job. Environment: Comfortable, the hotel grounds are extensive with beautiful scenery everywhere. Service: Top-notch. We bought tickets for Yunmenshan Scenic Area at the front desk. The staff there were incredibly patient in explaining everything and meticulously processed our request. Their attitude was exceptional. Minibar: Remember to take the complimentary drinks and snacks, they're free. Yunmen Temple tickets: Complimentary, remember to ask at the front desk. Also, each room gets a free bowl of fish ball noodles, don't forget to try it!

The rooms are clean and quiet! It's very close to Yunmenshan Scenic Area, and they even offer combo tickets! Breakfast is abundant, clean, and delicious! The staff are polite and friendly, and parking is convenient! There's also a large lawn outside that can be used for events.

The price for a standard room felt reasonable, but for a family room, it felt a bit lacking. Pros: There's a large lawn which is great for photos on a nice day; the washing machine works very well; the hot water is excellent, and it even has a smart toilet; the fitness center is good, and the service response was quite prompt. Cons: The Wi-Fi connection was overly complicated, it took me 20-30 minutes just to get my devices online; the first room we were given had a ton of mosquitoes, over a dozen crawling on the ceiling. Anyone who's afraid of mosquitoes would freak out instantly. We ended up having to hassle them for a room change at 11 PM. I'd suggest the hotel checks for bugs in the rooms when they do their cleaning.

The rooms are exquisite and clean, with a rich array of entertainment facilities. The surrounding landscaping is well-maintained. It's suitable for team building and parent-child activities.
