La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Salem NH

Breakfast was excellent, location to the highway was perfect for our needs. Overall a nice travel experience.

It’s a fairly modern and new construction. Parking is free. It is next to a highway exit and therefore convenient for South NH and North MA. Heating is very good - it was in middle of winter with temperatures of negative fifteen and snow every where. The breakfast is American with scrambled eggs, muffin and toasts, oatmeal and pancakes. They have yoghurt as well. There are nice restaurants in neighbourhood. Clean rooms and towels and well maintained Overall very good value for money.

Very nice clean room and just off the freeway. Room has refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. Comes with free breakfast.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, both experiences were very disappointing. The room was in terrible condition. The sheets had visible stains and dirt, there were hairs on the pillowcases, and there was hair all over the bathroom. I was honestly disgusted and very uncomfortable. After having the same type of problem twice, I can say with certainty that I will never stay here again. Cleanliness should be a basic priority for any hotel. I also believe hotels need to value and properly support their housekeeping staff so they have the time, resources, and conditions necessary to do their job properly. I really hope management takes this seriously and improves the cleanliness of the rooms.
