Sierra Inn

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and polite. Plenty of parking. Very pleasant stay.

We would of liked a microwave in our room We have stay here a few times and we always got a microwave but not this time. and the refrigerator inside the freezer part of it was so frozen there was a lot of ice build up on it. But other wise we had no problem and one more thing the hot water in the sink was so hot we almost got burned bad so please turn down the water heater before someone gets burned really bad Thank you See you soon

Room was okay. Sheets had dirt stains. Couldn’t find my reservation. Noisy people on outdoor walkway outside rooms in the middle of the night.

The staff were very polite, but that’s where the good stops. The rooms are dated and lacking maintenance. There seemed to be a lot of long term people staying there who were making noise well into the night. We won’t be back there unfortunately.

The staff was friendly. There was broken stuff, slow shower drain, and the room was dirty. We had one roll of toilet paper, the hand soap was empty, the body wash and shampoo was also empty.

room was exactly like photo, outside looked shabby hotel staff was very quiet.

Well…the ceiling in the bathroom was falling down with mold. There were Funyuns under the bed and super noisy neighbors until late.

The front desk gentleman was fantastic. Got a room on the 2nd floor which is on the south side of the property and is level with the parking lot. We are on a 2 week camping trip and it was great to be able to park near the room. However the hotel is right on the highway and gets pretty noisy. Also there are a lot of people outside all hours of the night. Now we didnt have any issues but from a safety standpoint it concerned us. All told i believe the ownership is trying to make this a nice place to stay. The room was nice, the shower even better.
