The location isn't entirely perfect. There's a Tenderloin steakhouse nearby, and a lot of gnats around the entrance. Housekeeping also only tidies up; they don't change the duvet cover.

Loved the location! There are bus stops not too far away, and parking depends on availability. The front desk service was excellent. Even though it was summer, I felt a bit cold, so the front desk gave me a space heater, and it made the room nice and toasty.

Great hotel only for a night and no longer than that. Not in the best area for girls

Great value for money! If you're traveling solo in San Francisco and want to avoid hostels, this is a fantastic option. Check-in is strictly after 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM, but they didn't rush me even though I was a little late checking out. It's located in a quiet neighborhood.

The room has a large bed, perfect for watching TV while lying down. There's also a bunk bed that can accommodate two children. A family of four can stay here, but other spaces are a bit small. For this location, it's decent accommodation.

This was a very pleasant stay in the heart of San Francisco. The service and room were excellent and there are plenty of dinning options nearby, including a small market. The room was well appointed, with coffee (something I miss in most Asian hotels). The walk from the BART station was about 15 minutes; the desk advised Powell Station, which is a little longer, but probably more scenic. The only drawback is the location, in which a mild smattering of relatively peaceful homeless reside.
