屋根裏部屋に泊まってみたくて宿泊しました。ライン川の眺めはとても良かったです。部屋もきれいで静かでのんびりくつろぐ事ができました。食事も美味しく、眺望も良かったです。

酒店餐廳可以多角度俯瞰萊茵河，可以説是無敵美景。但是，酒店房間其實不在城堡裏而是邊上的一棟別墅。城堡正在維修，裏面沒啥看的。

Quick check in, clean place, really good dinner and breakfast. You're really not sleeping in a castle, that part is a relic and is quite interesting. The hotel part is quite modern and not so old. My biggest complaint is that availability to bottled water is limited and the store that sells it has short operating hours and it is quite expensive.

I have stayed at Rheinfels several times and have really liked it, and still do, but. They are obviously very short staffed, which I sympathise with, however to have the bar closed Saturday and Sunday evening in June is really not acceptable for a hotel of this standing and price. My room, while large and well equipped would have been great ten years ago but really needs a revamp. The shower didn’t work properly, there was nowhere in the shower room to put a wash bag and the carpets in the hallway were worn through. The food in the restaurant was superb as always , and the staff were working hard, but again, they were so stretched it really spoilt the experience. It is hard I know to keep smiling when you are so pushed, but we pay for better service with a smile. Breakfast was excellent however the whole experience was definitely tainted. It seems the prices have increased and the offering has decreased. Such a shame.
