We had the best 14th anniversary. The property of beautiful and relaxing.

Nice hotel, the room is large and clean. We had a comfortable stay. The breakfast is not buffet, but 40$ credit in a restaurant, enough for two people, not too bad.

Poor front desk and worthless web site to book rooms. This is the third time we’ve come here and got the wrong room. I insist on booking a room with a balcony due to my military experiences in Iraq and Afghanistan I cannot be locked up in a room. Of course this time they put us in a King suite which is nice but not what I booked. $500 dollars for one night and no satisfaction with Accommodations. Each of the three times we’ve recently been there staff and mostly manager just does not care. I tried to upgrade to governors room or what ever they had just so I could have a balcony and she wouldn’t assist me. My final stay at this place I’ll take our money elsewhere. I suggest you use caution as this place is overrated when you could just stay in much nicer places in Santa Fe. .

Never again. Check in was a nightmare to 60 people waiting in line and with their computer crash, the desk clerks were not effective with manual check in. The room thermometer didn’t work and the fan didn’t either hot all night. Internet didn’t work and so didn’t room phone. NIGHTMARE. Today the room key let us in the external door but would not open the room. Not a quality Hilton property. 🤨🤨🤨

The only restaurants were Sbarro, a deli, and a basement fast casual place. Upstairs the bar serves food but it’s disappointing. For a “luxury“ property I’m shocked Hilton puts their name on this. I just wanted a good meal and cocktail and a nice room. The room was okay but the rest was subpar.

The property looks beautiful from the outside and even on the inside some of the areas are nice however, if you go to any of the concerts, you’ll be disappointed because the sound system needs to be changed. It’s awful. It’s really loud and there’s no smoothnessclarity with the singing or the music. It’s hard to hear the melody and that’s too bad because at one point, it was an awesome place the time we stayed in a room you could see that a lot of renovations were needed. Even the desk chair had old material that was ripped and worn.

This hotel really needs a makeover. The carpet in the hallways is extremely stained. Elevator broken, cushions from chairs missing, furniture old and dirty. safe in the room broken. I would say a 2 star hotel not 4 star.

I am a Hilton Diamond elite member and I have never had such an incredibly bad experience at one of their hotels. I reserved ahead of time and even pre checked in online to make sure that I had a room close to the elevator. I have recently within the last few weeks had back surgery and checked in to make sure I would have an easily accessible room. I arrived at 3 pm to a somewhat empty parking lot and they told me the room they had assigned me was not available. They then put me in a room that was on the 5th floor and the furthest away from the elevator that you could get. I made due. The room seemed nice but upon further inspection I found dirt and grim that had not been cleaned on the door to the bathroom and the door handle. I also found a hair still left in the sink and one that was probably 6 inches long stuck to the door. As I was in pain I did not want to move again so I just dealt with it. First thing in the morning, 6 am, I called the front desk and asked for the bell person to deliver a luggage cart to my room so that I could check out and get on the road. They informed me that all of their luggage carts had disapeared and that they had not kept track of who toom them. I asked if a bell person could deliver one up to me as soon as they showed up and they agreed but that they did not know when they would arrive. I asked if they worked there and she said yes, and I followed up by asking why do you mot know the schedule? She was silent. I then asked if they could simply put me on the list to call me as soon as a cart became available. The girl agreed with a very annoyed tone. I waited for an hour and a half with no call and then once again called down to check. At that time the front desk, a different person, told me that there were still no carts and that the bellperson had called in sick, and they had no replacement. I again asked if they could confirm that I was on a list to be called when a cart arrived and he told me there was no such list and that who ever had talked to me before did not make any note. I asked to speak to someone in charge and they simply said they were mot available. I then got off the phone. At that time I called Hilton directly and they again told me there was nothing they could do to help accept send someone from house keeping in 1 1/2 half hours to 2 hours to help. I explained to them that I had a 9-10 hours drive infront of me and they basically told me there was nothing they could do. I then conceded to making three trips across the resort carrying everything only to notice no less than 4 people at the front desk completely ignoring me while they scrolled on their phones. I am shocked to say the least. I hobbled by 3 times with no offer of assistance or even any concern toward seei g if I could use help. I have never had such a bad experience at a hilton and I have stayed many many times as a loyal customer. This is the first bad experience other than small petty
